13. Time table for workers
All workers work from Monday to Friday for 8hours
daily (9am – 5pm)
But for the draftsmen, they are required to work on
normal days including Saturday at 9am-1pm and
2pm-6pm.
Public holidays were marked on 09th of August 2018,
26th of October 2018, 7th of November 2018 and 25th
of December 2018 as no working days.
15. Critical path
Critical path method is one of the essential technique in
the planning of a project. It can calculate the longest
path of an activity to the end of the project and also
calculate the earliest and latest of each activity that can
start and finish without making the project longer.
