New year has begun and with new resolutions
for success, we celebrated 19 glorious years of
Galway Business anniversary at Siri Fort
Auditorium, Delhi. Winners and achievers of
different categories were also honored during this
program.After this grand start of the new year, now
it is the turn to complete the next vision and
mission. For this, what better occasion than the
new year to take a resolution. In fact, every new
year brings a new light of hope and opportunities
towards progress, development and success.
That's why all of us Galwians take new resolutions
and targets every year, and work hard with our
team to achieve them.

On the other hand, Mr. Sanjeev Chhibber ji narrated very interesting stories in a
wonderful session given through video call and encouraged all the Galwians to think
positively, the importance of asking questions and winning every time by defeating
difficulties.
Apart from this, the company's director Mr. Sarabjeet SinghArneja discussed in detail
on the 7 'S' of success through his excellent training and presentation session. On this
special occasion, the birthday of Senior Galwian Mundrika Gope ji was celebrated with
a cake cutting ceremony in the presence of all the leaders and management. Overall,
the 19th anniversary of the Glaze and the historic celebration of the Galway ke
Shoorveer was a memorable one in many ways.

major training sessions were organized at
Galway Super Store. During this, a training
session was organized for the team of
G.D.D. Mohammad Naseem Akhtar on 7th
December, Delhi Urban on 14th December

Galway Leaders Meetup
held in Varanasi,
Uttar Pradesh
Galway Leaders Meet was organized in Sangli
district of Maharashtra. The meet was
organized by the Galway franchisee
Jeevanjyoti Associates.
During the meet, all the leaders were
welcomed with garlands. LDD Ram Mitkar,
Balasaheb Kale, Sachin Pawar, RD Jeevan
Dutt and Akshay Mohite were present on this
occasion.

Leadership meet was organized in Ranchi city of Jharkhand. In this leadership
meet, Mr. Kush Kumar, Senior General Manager, Glaze Company, told the
Galwians how to achieve success in Galway business.
Galway leaders Mithlesh Kumar, Rupesh Roy, Mahadev Yadav, Prafulla Kumar,
Nishant Kumar, Ramavatar Kumar, Rohit Kumar and Deepak Kumar were present
on the occasion.
The Galway Leaders Development Meetup was organized by Multani
Associates, a Galway franchisee based in the city of Shiva, Varanasi.
Meetup was launched by Star G.D. Shri Rohit ji, D.D. Mr. Baidyanath

Mr. Arvind Singh with Jyoti Prajwalan. Police sub-inspector Mr.
Shyamdev and Mr. Omprakash were present as chief guests in the
meetup.
During this, the Galway leaders honored the achievers by giving them
blankets and iron presses as gifts. Galwians attending the meetup were
provided with Galway business leads from their super uplines.
On this occasion, along with Galway leaders, Lalu Yadav, Pawan

organized at a hotel located in Hyderabad
city of Telangana. Many leaders from
Telangana state participated in this meetup.

omato is one such
fruit/vegetable which is used
the most after potato and
onion. Tomato is used in all kinds of
vegetables. It is also the most eaten
vegetable in the whole world. Apart
from vegetables, it is also used in
salads. Tomato crop can be done in
any season of the year.
Consumption of tomatoes is also
considered very beneficial for the
human body because many types of
nutrients like protein, calcium,
phosphorus and vitamin C are
present inside tomatoes.
Tomato is cultivated and used commercially, apart
from vegetables and salads, tomatoes are also used
more for making sauce (chutney). If a farmer does
tomato farming regularly, then he can earn a lot of
money by doing good business from it.
Major Varieties –
Major varieties of tomato grown in India are
Sweet-72, Pusa Gaurav, Punjab Kesari, VO-3, Pusa
Evergreen, Pusa Early Dwarf etc.
Tomato cultivation

n For tomato cultivation, it is
necessary to treat the soil first. For
this, 200 kg per acre. Rotten cow dung
manure or 10 kg. Mix 1 liter of
G-Bio Phosphate Advance in G-Sea
Power/G-PromAdvance and spread it
over the entire field.
n To treat the
seeds, add 5 to
10 ml of G-Potash
to the tomato
seeds. To treat the roots of the
plant, make a
solution of 5 to 10
ml G-Potash in
water and keep the
roots of the plant
immersed in it for
30 minutes.
n After sowing 10
kg. G-Sea Power
or G-Prom
Advance, G-Bio Humic, 40 kg. Urea, 30 kg. Use
DAP and spray G-amino after irrigation.
n Spray 20 ml G-Bio Humic mixed in 15 liters of
water before flowering.
n Spray 10 ml G-Amino, 10 ml G-Sea liquid in 15
liters of water at the time of fruit formation.
Always remember that If it is not taken care of
properly while harvesting tomato, it increases the
chances of many types of diseases like back break,
leaf spot, leaf curl, wilt virus, bud rot, early blight,
late blight etc.

Basic training
workshop of SEP
organized in Raipur,
Chhattisgarh
Basic training workshop of SEP was
organized in Raipur, the capital of
Chhattisgarh. More than 150 participants
registered their presence in this training
workshop. This training program was
conducted by SEP certified trainer
Mankunwar.
Self-healing, self-empowerment,
meditation trainings were provided to the
participants in this basic training workshop
of SEP.
SEP training session was organized in Samastipur district of
Bihar. This training session was conducted by certified trainer
Ram kumar.Around 375 participants participated in this session.
The participants in this training session were given basic
training of their own inner strength, healing and SEP along with
meditation by Ramkumar. On this occasion, the participants also
experienced the benefits of meditation by practicing it.
Likeeveryyear,thisyearalsoontheoccasionofChristmasDay,GalwayFoundationalongwithanNGOdonated
clothes, food items to the poor children.
On this occasion, all Glaze employees were encouraged to bring eatables, clothes etc. from their homes as per
their capacity. Almost most of the employees of Glaze participated in this program enthusiastically. Galway
Foundation, the CSR organization of Glaze, distributed all the gifts given by the employees among the
underprivileged children with the help of Helping Hut, a NGO based in Delhi.

Camp for school girls at Mahadev High School, Jaspur, Chhattisgarh.
In this training camp, Chanchal Vaishnav informed the girl students
about the vision and mission of SEP and enumerated the benefits of
meditation. On this occasion, Chanchal told the girl students about
self-empowerment, benefits of healing and also taught them to
meditate. School teachers as well as school girls participated in this
training camp.
