n 10th of August 2003, two visionary
youths, Mr. Chetan Handa and Mr.
Sanjeev Chhibber laid the foundation of
Glaze Trading India Pvt. Ltd. with a passion for
success.
Success of Glaze was the only mission of their
life and left no stone unturned as they strongly
believe that success is synonyms of honest idea
and holy karma. It was the result of holy karma,
Glaze Trading India Pvt. Ltd. became a corporate
company on 16 March 2004.

Today, this company has entered its 17th year
with the concept of with the people, for
the people. Obviously, it was the time of
a grand gala to celebrate the 16th
anniversary of Glaze. That is why, the
company decided to give a memorable
experience to its successful
distributors and chose a
dream destination of
everyone. Yes, it is
Europe.
The glorious 16th
anniversary celebration
of Glaze was organized
in Prague, the capital
city of Czech Republic.
It was a great time for
distributors where they enjoyed the scenic beauty
of the city and attended colorful anniversary
celebration. They were amazed with the
experience of cultural events and launching new
range of Galway products.
This memorable journey began on 10th of
October, 2019 when the successful stars of Glaze
reached the beautiful city Prague of Czech
Republic. All the members took rest and enjoyed
sightseeing on the first day. The next day started
with a city tour followed by a shopping. The night
was followed by a gala night attended and enjoyed
by all the senior executives and distributors,
including the founders-directors.
On 12th of October, everyone enjoyed the tour of
this beautiful city once again. They also enjoyed
the taste of local cuisine and did a lot of shopping.
The evening of this day saw the glorious
celebration to mark glaze success organized at
Last year, Dhanvantri Jayanti was celebrated
as the first Ayurveda day of the country and it was
evident from that the government will work to bring
one of the priceless legacies- Ayurveda, the masses in
a new tone and framework.
It has not been even a year since we celebrated first
Ayurveda Day and Ayurveda Ministry celebrated the
second Ayurveda Day in New Delhi on 17th October with
great pomp and show. The most important fact to notice
about this event was the presence of Prime Minister Shri
Narendra Modi who dedicated the first All India Institute of
Ayurveda (AIIA) to the nation. Inaugurating this Ayurveda
Institute, Prime Minister said that our objective is to promote
traditionalAyurveda treatment of India. In the last few years
our government has been putting tremendous efforts to
preserve our old heritage. And our latest endeavor in this
direction has been preservation of Ayurveda.
Highlighting the importance of Ayurveda, he said that
the world has great hope in India’s Ayurveda and Yoga.
India should also be hopeful of this and enthusiastically
participate in this. We should be committed to encourage
the traditional medicinal systems like Ayurveda.
Glaze family is delighted and proud to acknowledge
that from the very early days of our business we not only
value the cultural heritage of the country but to take that
concept to every part of the country though our business
and Galway products. In this series, we have recently
launched a new range of products full of Ayurvedic
properties. The name of this range is Galveda. The very
name tells that has been formed by combining the
Galway + Ayurveda. Our motto of launching this new
range is to keep people fit both mentally and physically
by using Ayurveda on daily basis. We are confident that
we will definitely succeed in bringing peace and harmony
in the daily routine and life of the people with the help of
our high-quality Galway products consisting Ayurvedic

Though celebration does not need any
reason but here are several reasons to
celebrate. Occasions like the 16th
anniversary of the company, lucky draw
of the consistency bonanza and the
S.E.P. 7th anniversary made this tour
memorable for everyone. As soon as Mr. Kush Kumar and Divya Vaid took the
stage, the event filled with positivity and energy. The program started with a
presentation through which Mr. Kush Kumar highlighted the successful journey
of Glaze, just from the beginning to the date. Remembering magnificent start
and glorious journey of
the company was like a
heavenly pleasure for
all.
After this, various
state's syndicates were
invited on the stage and
honored while all these
syndicates together
honored the founders-
directors. Then it came a proud moment
for all on the foreign ground where the
entire team along with the founder-
directors sang National Anthem. It filled
the atmosphere with patriotism.
u NEW PRODUCT RANGES LAUNCHED
After a vibrant cultural dance
performance, a video was shown to all
distributors, prepared by Mr. Chetan
Handa highlighting the importance of
Ayurveda. The founder-directors and
CEOs jointly launched a new products
range of personal care and Nutriflow.
These product ranges comprise
Galveda's Health Care Products, New
Men's Care Range for Men's Grooming,
new products of Rupabham and
Nutriflow. Obviously, these new products will further accelerate our journey
of success.
After the remarkable launch of new products of Galway, Company’s C.E.O.
Mr. Amarnath SenGupta gave brief training to distributors about new

products, its usages and benefits. After this informative session, Company’s
Director Mr. Sanjay Verma was all set to mesmerize the audience with his
motivational words. Wishing everyone the 16th anniversary, he said that the
way we are celebrating our success here in Europe, one day we will certainly
celebrate our successful journey in the United States of America. He
emphasized on the concept of “KARMA” and said that only your “KARMA”
decides your destiny. He also mentioned the making of Bollywood classic
Mughal-E-Azam and said that nature does not give anything but it just returns
back your deeds. That is why we need to do good “KARMA” to get success.
Now, it was time to hear Company’s Director Mr. Sarabjeet Singh Arneja. The
hall was immersed with the sounds of clapping when he came on the stage. In
his brilliant speech, he explained the importance of right attitude and said that
if you have a right attitude then everything is possible. He said a person with
right attitude can convert hurdles into his/her strength, and right attitude is the
only key of success. He further added you should also keep your attitude right
in your business to get certain success.
After a brilliant confidence and energy boost up session, it was time to
honor successful leaders of Glaze. R.D., D.D. and G.D.D. were invited on
the stage one by one and honored. The entire team celebrated the 16th
anniversary of Glaze and 7th anniversary of S.E.P. together with a cake
cutting ceremony. Later, the guests got an opportunity to know the culture
of Europe through brilliant dance and music performances which won
everyone's heart.
Positive energy and happiness were prevailing in the atmosphere. But, it was
still to be filled with the new level of a positive aura. The stage was honored
with the presence of the Company's founder-director Mr. Chetan Handa. He
wished everyone the 16th anniversary and emphasized on the concept of “I do,
we do and you do” in his sparkling speech and explained how this formula can
help you to make a strong network and business. He said anyone can get
success by duplicating this formula. He also cited his own journey in a very
motivational way. He said direct selling business is not a game of fate but it
needs hard work rather than anything else. He said I want my coming
generations to celebrate their success as much as we are celebrating it today.

Budapest and Slovakia on October 13. One more unforgettable moment was
about to come for everyone as the team enjoyed a cruise ride next day. They
also made their trip historical by hoisting our tricolor, Flag of India, at Heroes’
Square of Budapest. Now, it was time to say goodbye to Europe. The team
visited three countries, Czech Republic, Slovakia and Hungary during the five-
days tour of Europe and returned to India on 15th of October with some
memorable experiences which would definitely keep them energetic for a long
period.

explain it through an example. Suppose the company has a monthly
turnover of 70 thousand sells. According to this, the club gets 40 IP X
70,000 sells = 28,00,000 I.P. Now 28,00,000 I.P. X 100 X 1.5% = 42 lakh
rupees per month will be collected by club every month. Thus, it will collect
rupees 1.68 crores in four months. This amount may increase as it is just
a guess. Company turn over may increase in coming months and this

A PANACEA FOR BETTER
YIELD OF WHEAT

W
heat is a major crop of India. It is grown mainly in
states like UP, Bihar, Jharkhand, Punjab,
Maharashtra, Haryana, Madhya Pradesh and
Himachal Pradesh. Here, we are going to describe how farmers
can have a better yield of wheat. The process of wheat cultivation
usually starts in the month of November with sowing seeds.After
completing the cycle of 5 to 6 months, farmers can harvest the
crop. This crop need special attention. Farmers must ensure that
it gets irrigated at time.Also, proper nutrients and spraying at the
right time to prevent diseases is important. In order to have a
good yield, the first irrigation must be done after 30 days of
sowing seed so that the plants remain green and do not dry out.
When the wheat bali starts to come, farmers should initiate
special treatment of crop to prevent it from any kind of disease.
We are providing here a 7 steps information for getting better
crop. We believe that if the farmer brothers adopt these 7 steps
they will be able to get a better crop.
u THESE 7 STEPS ARE
n 1st Step: Soil treatment is done in the first phase. The soil
is treated with G-Derma or G-Bio phosphate. For treatment of
1 acre of land, one-liter bottle of G-Derma or G-Bio phosphate
should be mixed with dung manure. It is important to note that
dung manure should be at least 12 months old. Treatment of
soil makes its pH level normal and it also protects against soil
borne diseases. This gives you a better crop.
n 2nd step: Now you need to treat seeds. For
this, you should mix 10 ml of G-Derma Plus or G-
Bio Phosphate (Fungal Bio Fertilizer) with 1 kg of
seed. This process makes seed germination better
and also it is helpful in preventing seed borne
diseases.
n 3rd Step: Now, it is time of sowing seeds. So,
you need to mix G-Bio Humic with G-Vam and G-
Sea Power or G Prom.
n 4th Step: When the crop is 30 days old, mix 1
G-Sea Power or G-Prom and 1 G-NPK and use it
in the soil after irrigation.
n 5th step: When the crop is 60 days old, spray it with a
mixture of G-Bio Humic, G-Amino and G-Sea Liquid.
n 6th Step: When wheat bali starts to grow, spray G-Derma
or G-Bio Phosphate (Fungal Bio Fertilizer). Also spray G-
Pseudo or G-Potash after 10 days. This prevents your crop
from fungal and bacterial diseases.
n 7th Step: It is the seventh and final stage, when wheat
granules start to grow. It is time to spay G-Amino Plus with G-
Sea Liquid. It makes granules better.

isha Singh, a resident of Bhopal,
city of lakes, had decided to show
her talent in the field of acting just
after the winning the throne of Miss MP.
She proved herself at the age of just 16
by playing the character of a 20-year-old
young widow Dhani in her first TV serial
'Ishqu Ka Rang Safed'. Alovely daughter
of her parent, Eisha is born and brought
up in Bhopal. Currently, Eisha is playing
the character of a queen in a TV show "Ek
Tha Raja Ek Thi Rani". It was pleasant to
interview her during an event in Delhi.
Here is the excerpt from the interview:
Was acting your dream?
When I was in class fourth, I have been
always thinking of being an actor while
watched them on TV shows. I could not
remember but my parent tells me that I
used to copy all the actresses. In course
of time, my mind also changed. As a
growing child, I started to consider about
various profession like becoming a doctor,
engineer and airhostess. But after class
10th, I finally decided to pursue a career
in acting.
How do you take care of your skin?
Heavy makeup for a long time is the
reality in the field of acting. If the skin is
not taken care of properly then it will have
a negative effect. I use day cream during
the day and night cream at night regularly.
The shooting schedule starts in the
morning, so before leaving the home I
apply day cream on my face. This cream
also has the properties of sunscreen
cream along with moisturizer which keeps
your skin moisturized throughout the day
and also protects it from harmful UV rays.
Likewise, when I reach home at night after
a hectic schedule, I use night cream,

NEW CENTER OF
DIGITALAYA LAUNCHED
IN INDORE
The Galway Foundation is actively supporting the Digital India Campaign
conceptualized by honorable Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi. The Galway
foundation is promoting digital literacy through its digital program. Head of the
Galway Foundation, Shri Urmelesh Swami launched the new Digital Center of
learning at Coal Bakhal, Indore, Madhya Pradesh on October 12, 2019.
He said today India is at the gate of digital revolution. Mr. Swami cited a news
which says in the drought hit area of Vidarbha, known as the graveyard of farmers,
some farmers of a village have brought revolutionary changes in their lives by
creating a WhatsApp group. Farmers started sharing their problems and solutions
through this group.This is just one example where internet has helped people.
Many such incidents are happening across the country and at the core of all
this is the digital revolution. He said that the Galway Foundation has centers
operating in Delhi, Uttar Pradesh, Odisha, Assam, Maharashtra and Bihar where
more than 24,500 people have got computer education.
The new center is also special as it is being run by Abdul Hafeej Khan, who is
an especially abled person. He uses wheelchair but seeing his passion, Shri
Urmelesh Swami has entrusted him with the responsibility of running this digital
center.
An exciting fair was organized
at Glaze on the auspicious
occasion of Karvachauth. Two
NGOs ‘Masoom Duniya’ and
‘Rajpuri Sansthan’ put up their
stalls and exhibited artistic lamps,
clothes, jewelry, decorative items
and there were also Mehandi
counters. Beautiful artistic hand-
made candles and earthen lamps
made by the specially abled
children fascinated everyone.
Glaze employees purchased a lot
of stuff from these stalls on this
occasion. In addition, women
also got an opportunity to use
mehandi on their hands.
Safety standards are very high at Glaze Trading
India. Full proof security arrangements have been
made in the office to assure safety of its employees.
To further strengthen the arrangements, a number
of security trainings are organized for the employees
time to time. Recently, a fire safety training was
organized on 14th of October 2019 at the head office
of Glaze. Retired Assistant Divisional Fire Officer
Shri P.S. Dahiya was specially
invited to impart fire safety
training to the employees of
Glaze. He demonstrated the
use of various devices to
extinguish fire in case of dire
hazard. He gave detailed
information to protect oneself
and other’s in case of fire.Along
with this, he interacted with the
fire warden of every floor appointed by Glaze and gave safety tips to be practiced
during a fire mishap. To further clarify the safety measures Mr. Dahiya also
conducted a mock drill which was attended by 350 employees of Glaze.

S.E.P. CELEBRATED 7TH
ANNIVERSARY WITH GREAT POMP
IN THE COUNTRY AND ABROAD
ATM PROGRAMS ORGANIZED
ON GANDHI JAYANTI
Meditation not

conviction.
Therefore, Mahatma
Gandhi always insisted on meditation. On 2nd October
2019, Gandhi Jayanti was celebrated by the Galway
Foundation to pay its tribute to Bapu in a different way.
People were attentively connected to meditation through its
SEP program. On this day, ATM programs were organized
at several places in New Delhi, Dehradun, Jharsuguda,
Bihar and Uttar Pradesh. ATM stands for Any Time
Meditation. With this method, anyone can meditate at any
place at any time. All it needs to do is to pay attention on
your breath. You can also get peace of mind by adopting
ATM in your life.
SEP ORGANIZED MEDITATION
PROGRAMS IN MANY CITIES
Every year, 10th October is celebrated as World Mental Health
Awareness Day all over the world. Even nowadays people take care
of their body but do not pay attention to their mind which governs their
life. A healthy mind only can make anyone happy. SEP is helping
people to achieve sound mental health. To highlight the significance
of this important aspect, meditation programs were organized in
twenty cities and towns like Korba, Katni, Nagpur, Jharsuguda and
Lucknow on 10th of October 2019.Advantages of SEP and meditation
were also explained to people present there.
Seventh anniversary of the Self-Empowerment Program was celebrated with great
fanfare not only in the country, but also in the city of
Prague, Europe on October 12, 2019. On this occasion,
the founder Director of Glaze, Mr. Chetan Handa, thanked
S.E.P. and all the volunteers for their selfless service. He
also expressed his gratitude to S.E.P. Chief, Ms. Romshri
Manisha Ashesh and said that the commendable team
efforts have made the Self-Empowerment Program a
great success which has touched 1,50,000 lives till date and the count is still going
on. He was hopeful that the team will continue to give its support. S.E.P. was founded
seven years ago by the Galway Foundation under the inspiring leadership of Ms.
Romshri Manisha Ashesh. Under this program, more than four hundred trainers
regularly provide free SEPtraining to the people. Along with this, around sixty master
trainers, trained by Ms. Romshri Manisha Ashesh, are also giving their services.
Beside Europe, the 7th anniversary of the Galway Foundation was celebrated in
different parts of the country too. One such event was
organized in Indore where Mr. Urmelesh Swami, head of
the Galway Foundation, made people aware of the benefits
of meditation. In Lucknow, Ms. Romshri Manisha Ashesh
and S.E.P. trainer Hrithik Raj distributed stationery and
refreshments among the children of ‘Aryavart Skills and
Interest Development Center’. It is a center for Autistic children and children with
Special Needs. They also practiced meditation with the children.
During this program, Ms. Romshri Manisha Ashesh thanked all the directors of
Glaze and the Galway Foundation for their support. S.E.P. trainers participated
in such events organized across 18 states of the country and celebrated the 7th
anniversary of S.E.P. The team planted saplings, cut the cakes and distributed
free medicines in old age homes.
