uccess is a journey and not a destination. On this very theme, fast emerging
company in the field of direct selling, Glaze organized a D.D and G.D.D forum
between 13th and 15th May, 2019 in the capital Delhi. It was organized in
the grand environs of famous Palm Green Hotel and Resort, where new and old
D.Ds and G.D.Ds from across the country assembled with the smile of success and
lots of enthusiasm to achieve something.
Glaze trading India Pvt.Ltd. director Shri Sarabjeet Singh Arneja inaugurated this
three-day forum by lighting the lamp. On this occasion, Glaze Senior Genral
Manager, Shri Kush Kumar and B.D.T Department National Head, Shri Vivek

Shailender Singh from the business development team
told the distributors through a story that while all of them
may believe now, that they can’t rise further after
becoming D.D or G.D.Ds, but in truth, what they have
achieved now, is not even one-tenth of what can be
achieved in the future. Company’s Senior General
Manager, Shri Kush Kumar said, “today we are gathered
here because every training makes us better and you
must know that only those who continuously change and
learn, make progress. That is why this D.D-G.D.D forum
has been organized.”
In another of the Forum’s fantastic
sessions, the National Head of the
B.D.T department, Mr. Vivek
Mehrotra said that “it is imperative
to continuously become better in
order to sustain in a leadership
position. Many companies were
finished in two to four years but
ours holds its ground since we are
continuously improving ourselves
and our product”.
He said, “We started our business
with ten products but now we have
close to 123 products and every year,
we are adding more names to it.
Glaze company, which started with
only ten workers, now has a team of
more than four hundred skillful
workers. Our business is now moving
from rural areas to urban cities.”
During forum Anup Singhal from
Business Development Team, while
imparting platform skill and ABC of
training, said that “life remains a
battle as long as thinking remains
narrow”. He emphasized on broad
thinking and continuous learning. He
also said that it is important to be a
good trainer to impart good training.
During this session, he told
distributors how by preparation,
practice and experience they can
become good trainers. The second day
of this forum-which was overflowing with enthusiasm of
winning and learning- started with Nutriflow Mini Brand
Experience and Personal Care Mini Brand Experience’s
two fantastic and informative sessions.
The distributers present during these sessions were
given a demonstration of Nutriflow and Personal Care’s
products. Later, during a practical grooming session,
Varun Chaudhry of Business Development Team, taught
distributors the correct way of wearing clothes, color
matching and cloth-selection apart from deciding what
to wear and when to wear. During a communication
session, Saurabh Singh explained how a leader should
communicate effectively.
When the fun time started
After two days of informative sessions, products
demonstrations and fantastic training, it was now time
for some fun and frolic. For that, rain dance and DJ had
been arranged for. As soon as the DJ played music,
distributors began dancing. This party continued till late
and was enjoyed by everyone.
The third day started with Spa session. The main aim
of this session was to tell distributors how to refresh and
rejuvenate after continuous hard work. Distributors
were shown some methods to keep the mind, body and
soul in peace. In the last session named Power of
Retailing, Anup Singhal and Varun Chaudhary said that
retailing forms the foundation of any strong FMCG
business. More retailing means more business growth.
In this special session, they practically demonstrated
how a distributor could increase retailing. After
completion of the forum, all participating distributors
got a certificate. Everyone shared their experiences
during this time. As the last day of the forum was
nearing its end, all D.Ds and G.D.Ds from across the
country were preparing to return home. They were
convinced that the lessons learnt from this forum would
one day enable their return for participation in a similar
spectacular program with new stories of their success.
They were promising themselves that next time where
they will return with new D.Ds and G.D.Ds in their teams.
Overall, in this three-day forum, there were tales of
success alongside great learning opportunities. There
were smiles on the faces of all DDs and GDDs with
confidence to conquer new skies as well.

JOURNEY OF VICTORY CONTINUE
When Shri Sarabjeet Singh Arneja came to the
podium to address the distributors, entire hall
broke into a welcoming applause. Looking at many
new distributors’ faces, he asked, “how many of
you have become D.Ds and G.D.Ds in the last 6
months?” In response to this question, many
distributors raised their hands.
After initial introduction with the new D.Ds and
G.D.Ds, during a PPT presentation, Shri Sarabjeet
Singh Arneja said; that if more spectacular and
grand your journey is, the more successful you will
be considered. When you stop after a few
achievements then your progress also stops at that
stage. So, you should always keep continuing your
journey.
Sri Arneja went on to say that Glaze will
celebrate its 16th anniversary in Delhi itself with
great fanfare. Other than this, there are plans to
organize another spectacular program, where all
the distributors along with their fantastic cars
would assemble at one place and share their
stories of success.
He spoke about the vision of the company’s
founder Directors, Shri Chetan Handa and Shri
Sanjeev Chibbar and said that they had organized
a grand ‘Hawan’ a few days ago aiming at the
welfare of the Glaze-family members.
In this hawan his ‘Guru Maharaj’ had suggested
taking five steps for a successful life. The most
important of those was cow service and
protection. That is the reason why Glaze is
collaborating with Shri Krishnayan Desi Gauraksha
and Golok Dham Seva Samiti for a public welfare
program and that all the distributors present in the
forum could also adopt cows to make their lives
happy.

and climate, several varieties of
paddy have been developed in
different states of the country.
Farmers must cultivate paddy
crops according to their area
and climate. Usually, paddy
cultivation starts with the arrival
of the monsoon. We are

Paddy cultivation starts with
nursery, therefore it is
important for the farmers to
have good seeds. Many times,
farmers buy expensive seeds
but still don’t get good yield
because seeds and soil are not
treated properly. Therefore,
treatment of seeds and farm
before sowing is very important.
The main problem of paddy
crop is fungus, which usually
starts either in the seeds or in
the soil. Farmer brothers can
use Krisham’s great product G-
Darma+ to prevent and control

anti-micoparasitism product.

plants from many kinds of

Gagandeep Sharma of Fareedkot, Punjab came first in his
rank by earning more than forty five thousand rupees as
incentive in the month of March 2019. He deserves to be
congratulated for this achievement.Gagandeep used to
teach in a private school and after attending Galway
business presentation on advice of his friend Gurvinder
Singh, got convinced that this business will one day fill his
life with happiness. Through training he got to know about the
importance of retailing to get successful in Galway business and
today he is retailing lots of Galway products at his shop.
Lumba Ram, a resident of Rajsthan’s Jodhpur came first
in his rank and earned an incentive of more than twenty
six thousand rupees in the month of March 2019. Many
congratulations to him for this success.
Lumba ram was employed with the army and wanted
to do his own business after retirement. He got to know
about Galway business from his own nephew who told Lumba
Ram about the benefits of Galway products and today Krisham

Anil Kumar Kushwaha from Hazaribag, Jharkhand earned
first place in his rank by earning more than nine thousand

While working with a private company, he was shown

we celebrate mother’s day on 12th of may every year, to at least take out
one day to show our gratitude to her, who is the reason for our existence.
Taking this thought forward, SEP also organized an ATM program on 12th
May, 2019 on the occasion of the Mother’s Day. Lots of mothers and
children participated in this program. During this ATM program, people felt
that meditation not only gives you the opportunity to

give youngsters information about the conscious-subconscious mind
and meditation. During this occasion SEP head Romshri Manisha
Ashesh also organized a special workshop for 96 students of the tenth
standard of GRD academy, Dehradoon.
Teachers also participated in this workshop with their pupils and
learned about emotional empowerment technique, stress release
exercise, and meditation. After this interactive and interesting session
with Romshri, students said that they learned a lot during this
program and now they will practice these techniques on a daily basis.
Other than this, SEP’s peace volunteers organized several special
events of SEP and ATM across the country making the auspicious day
of Mr. Chetan Handa’s birthday even more special. More than 500
people took part in these programs.

SEP celebrated its director Mr. Sarabjeet Singh
Arneja’s birthday on 3rd may 2019 in a very unique
way. On this occasion, the SEP chief, Romshri Manisha
Ashesh cut a birthday cake for Mr. Arneja with sixty
children of late martyr Shradhanad Baal Vanita
Ashram, Dehradoon.
This ashram has been engaged in the service of
humanity since 1924. It was established by late martyr
Shri Shradhanand. Its foundation stone was laid by
Father of the Nation Mahatma Gandhi in the year 1929.
This ashram is very special as no children living here are
called an orphan, children here, are brought up as
Ashram’s own and are nurtured with love and respect.
This is the reason that the word orphan has been
removed from the name of this foundation. By
celebrating the birthday of its director in such a divine
atmosphere, the SEP chief has presented a fine example
of celebrating these kind of special occasions uniquely.
Along with Dehradoon, SEP’s volunteers organised SEP and ATM sessions
for more than 400 people in different parts of the country to celebrate Shri
Sarabjeet Singh Arneja’s birthday. Sessions showed people a way to live a
peaceful and happy life.

occasion of international
Labor Day, SEP organized a
special ATM program for the
laborers. This nationwide
program was conducted by
SEP’s peace volunteers. To
make them feel special,
workers were given training
of ATM and SEP to make them experience calm and peace in their busy,
tiring and difficult lives. All the People who came to participate in this
program expressed their happiness and said that they will also
adopt it in their daily life.

organized a successful
summer vacation camp for
children at Saint Mojes
Convent School at Abha
Kunj Welfare Society. In this
camp, children were
trained in informatics and
computers basic training
program (ICB) and Tally along with spoken English. In the summer
holidays when children are not burdened by studies then these classes
are a boon to them.

Making a significant contribution
towards digital education, the
Digitalaya has so far given computer
education to many youths across the
country and brightened their future.
Miss Laxmi is the latest example of this.
Residence of Orissa’s Kalahandi, Miss
Laxmi received basic computer training
under Galway Foundation’s Digitalaya
program and was taught by certified computer trainer Mr. Bishwa.
Because of her computer training, Miss. Laxmi was successful in getting
a respectable job with Vedanta foundation. We congratulate Miss Laxmi
for this spectacular achievement from the bottom of our heart and wish
her a bright future.
In India cows are considered like mothers but are left to wander
alone in their old age. Keeping this in mind many saints felt the
need of protecting them and for this cause they have established
an organization named Sri Krishnayan Desi Goraksha and Golok
Dham Seva Samiti in Haridwar, Uttrakhand. Looking at the
commendable work done by this institute for the welfare of cows,
Glaze and Galway foundation have joined hands with them and
with the motive of helping them have installed a 20kw solar plant
in their premises. Through this, the institution will now get
environmental friendly power and also get rid of power
expenditure. Clearly the savings from this
plant can now be used for cow welfare.

Importance of Heritage
Every year the world celebrates Earth Day on 22nd
April. The day is mainly dedicated to the world’s
environmental issues and programs. Through Galway
foundation’s SEP program, Glaze has been associated with
the environmental and people welfare programs since its
inception. Even this year Glaze organized several
programs on Earth Day in places like Gaya, Guwahati,
Gondiya, Katni, Nagpur, Shegaon and Yawatmal on a large
scale to sensitize the masses on environmental issues.
During these programs, people were told about ways
to protect the environment through meditation and
everyone was also motivated to meditate. On this special
day of environmental protection, people participated in
these programs with lots of enthusiasm and resolved to
make every effort to save the earth.
History does not mean only historical
books but also historical buildings which
we have inherited. In line with this
objective, SEP celebrated World
Heritage Day on 18th April to inspire
people to conserve their history and
heritage.
On this day, SEP’s peace volunteers organized an
awareness program in many places like Gaya, Guwahati, Gondiya,
Katni, Nagpur, Shegaon and Yawatmal to encourage people to protect
their heritage. They were also made to practice meditation near
heritage buildings.
