It is worth noticing that Glaze Trading India Pvt Ltd not only provides

And as per the first travel bonus plan, 100 distributors of Glaze were taken
for a fabulous trip to Istanbul from 12th June to 17th June 2019
Istanbul is considered as one of the 10 most beautiful cities of the
world and it is also called European Capital of Culture. Company’s director
Shri Sarabjeet Singh Arneja, CEO Shri Amarnath Sengupta, Sr. General
Manager Shri Kush Kumar, Shri Vivek Mehrotra who is the National Head
of the BDT department of Glaze and the chief guest Shri Rajeh Takiyar
became the witness of this historic trip and glorious celebration.
u GREAT START OF THE JOURNEY
The trip started on 12th June 2019, when 100 participants boarded the
flight from Delhi and Mumbai for Istanbul. Their first destination was a
five star hotel called Renaissance which was situated on a beach. The
participants relaxed in the hotel and had light refreshment after which
they went on a private cruise to spend a memorable day filled with
enjoyment. The team enjoyed the scenic beauty of Istanbul and Bosporus
river from the Bosporus River Cruise. The evening became very
scintillating due to the beautiful sunrays kissing the water of River
Bosporus during sunset, more splendour to this was added by the local
dance, cultural performances and the cuisine. Next day the team visited
the world famous Blue mosque of Istanbul. The mosque built in the 13th
century has become an identity of this city gives a feeling of blue skies.
After this everybody strolled in the miniature park where everyone was
elated after seeing beautifully and intricately made miniatures of various
famous buildings and museums of the city. This was indeed a very
interesting way to know this city.

u ONCE AGAIN A PLATFORM WAS PREPARED FOR THE STARS OF GALWAY
As the day was passing by, the most special moment of this day was
coming closer, it was a grand event held in the hotel called – Jasn-E-Jalsa.
This event was special because company’s director Shri Sarabjeet Singh
Arneja, CEO Shri Amarnath Sengupta along with the Sr. General Manager
Shri Kush Kumar were also present in the event. Former Mr. India Shri
Rajesh Takiyar, who is the president of Indian Gym Federation and also
trains atheletes of Para Olymics free of cost, was the chief guest of the
event. At the beginning of the program Shri Vivek Mehrotra, national
head of the BDT Department of Glaze, highlighting the success of Glaze's
journey till today, explained how Glaze has made itself one of the best
direct selling companies in the past 15 years
The CEO Mr. Amarnath Sengupta said that we do not have the time
to stop now rather the speed of the business needs to be accelerated.
He also spoke about taking Galway business from a local to a global
level while dealing with the challenges of the direct selling industry, so
that one day it would be considered as one of the most successful
companies of the world. Apart from this, he also instructed to adhere
to the rules and regulations and said that now we have to create such a
network and business so that soon we celebrate our success in other
countries of Europe.
After this, the Sr. General Manager-Shri Kush Kumar took a pledge
with everyone that by March 2020 the company’s turnover should reach
the mark of 1500+ crores by motivating all the team members with an
inspirational story.
In the end, Shri Sarabjeet Singh Arneja congratulated all the participants
for creating a history by being a part of the very first travel bonus. While
talking about the success ahead, he communicated that three steps-

continuously. By giving example of the founder director of the company
Shri Chetan Handa, he said that if we also start balancing our lives by giving
importance to health, meditation and spirituality along with business, we
can definitely reach to the third step of growing ourselves.
Seven syndicates were also felicitated for their leadership spirit and
excellence in business along with the distributors who earned the
maximum incentives. In between the event the participants enjoyed the
cultural events and world famous belly dance of Istanbul.
u EXCURSION AND FUN MOMENTS.
On the third day, when the team members reached Princess Island,
they were mesmerized by the scenic beauty of this place. While enjoying
the most famous attraction of the bicycle tour here, everyone enjoyed
the scenic beauty of this island by cycling over 7 to 8 kms and on the
return journey on cruise, everyone turned the atmosphere pleasant by
dancing and having fun on their own.

The next day was about to become more memorable because all the
members reached Cappadocia for hot air balloon ride. On seeing the
mesmerisingsceneriesofTurkeyfromahotairballoon,itseemedasthough
a piece of the moon had been cut and kept in Turkey. After this once in a
Life Time Experience, everyone went to the City Tour, where they enjoyed
Jerome Museum and Kaymakli underground city tour. It wouldn’t be wrong
if we say that this day indeed was the most fantastic day of the trip.
u BEAUTIFUL CULMINATION OF A MEMORABLE JOURNEY
The Istanbul trip of the successful stars of Glaze came to a beautiful
end after going through various halts comprising of moments related to
fun, excitement, learning options, new experiences and heart
captivating sceneries.
The experience of the Istanbul trip of the Global Diamond Distributor
– Mr. Mundrika Gope was multiplied in many folds when on 13th June
2019, Glaze awarded him the Galway Icon Award. The award was
presented to him in front of all the higher authorities of Glaze in a
spectacular event which was organized in Istanbul in which the glow of
success was quite evident on his face.

Paddy cultivation starts
with nursery,
therefore it is
important for the
farmers to have good seeds. Many times,
farmers buy expensive seeds but still don’t
get good yield because seeds and soil are not
treated properly. Therefore, treatment of
seeds and farm before sowing is very
important. The main problem of paddy crop is
fungus, which usually starts either in the seeds or in the soil.
Farmer brothers can use Krisham’s great product G-Darma+ to prevent
and control this fungus. G-Darma+ is an anti-micoparasitism product.
u PREVENTION OF DISEASES
By using it, you can save your plants from
many kinds of diseases. G-Darma+ also
increases soil fertility and is helpful in
maintaining PH level in the soil. Farmers can
use G-Darma+ directly into the wet soil while
planting seeds, making paddy nursery and at
the time of making water-soil solution. To
increase soil fertility and quality, G-Darma+

A
ccording to a report by the World Health
Organization around five lakh of children under
the age of five years die due to diarrhea, about
four lakh of them are Indians. Also one of the reports of
the UNICEF states that in India many mothers don’t
wash hands properly after going to toilet or during
cleaning their children. However the likelihood of
suffering from diarrhea decreases by 44% just by
washing hands properly.

Arizona State University that revealed that mostly
people wash hands only for six seconds, however hands
should be washed properly for at least 20 to 30 seconds.

germs present in the hands develop immunity against
the antibiotics present in soap or hand wash.

it get accumulated on our hands. These germs enter our
body when we touch our body parts like eyes, mouth
and nose etc and these germs become the reason for
the various undesired diseases. By washing hands the
infection that spreads by germs or bacteria can be

important to wash hands regularly and properly.

A meaningful initiative taken
by S.E.P on World No
Tobacco Day.
World no Tobacco Day is celebrated
every year on 31st May, so that people
could be made aware of the harmful
effects of consuming tobacco and could
get rid of this addiction.
SEP celebrated this day in its own
style. A peace volunteer of SEP, Dinesh
Mourya conducted an A.T.M session in
Kala foundation, Dehradun. Kala
Foundation is a rehabilitation centre
that helps people in getting rid of
addictions like drugs, alcohol and
tobacco. In this program conducted by
A.T.M, peace volunteers told the
workers of the Kala foundation about
the ways to get rid of narcotic addiction
by using meditation as a tool to develop
inner strength. A peace volunteer from
Odisha, Surti Kisan, organised an A.T.M
session in Jharsuguda and told people
the ways that would keep them away
from tobacco and other types of
intoxicants. At the end of both the
sessions, people stated that now they
can keep themselves away from these
intoxicants including tobacco.
Bring Positive changes in your life
through meditation
World Meditation Day is celebrated on 21st May, so that
people can overcome the stress of their demanding lives
through meditation. To send across this message to
maximum no. of people our peace volunteers celebrated
World Meditation Day in the whole country including
Chhatisgarh, Uttar Pradesh, Odisha, Maharashtra, West
Bengal, Delhi, Madhya Pradesh and Assam. On this occasion,
people were told about the benefits of meditation as well
as they were made to meditate by using very simple
methods so that people would be able to meditate on a daily
basis and bring positive changes in their lives.
Buddha Purnima is celebrated on
the occasion of the birthday of a prince
who left his home thousands of years
ago in quest of knowledge and became
Buddha from Siddhartha by attaining
knowledge and sprituality.This day was
made more remarkable by S.E.P. by
conducting an A.T.M. (Any time
meditation) in Mindrolling monastery
in Clement Town with its
mentor Ms. Romshree
Manisha Ashesh. By becoming a participant of this program people enjoyed a pleasant and
wonderful experience of curiosity and excitement. Similar programs were conducted by our
Peace volunteers Mankunwar, Parmanand, Ashwini Kumar Patel, Sandeep, Shyamlata Janghade,
Durveshwari, Shiv Kumar and Rai Singh in other areas of our country like Raipur in Chhatisgarh, Etoli
near Nagpur in Maharashtra etc by going among the people. Along with this they made people aware
of significance of meditation and mindfulness. Many people participated in these programs and
performed A.T.M. as well. They also got to know how Lord Buddha attained spritualism through
meditation and self-contemplation.

Akshay Patra is an organisation which has been supported by the
Galway Foundation. It is worth mentioning, that Akshay Patra runs a
variety of programs in the public interest in which providing mid-day
meals to the school children is the most important one. After seeing
the success of their commendable work, Galway foundation too
provided a van to the organisation so that the meals could be provided
easily to the school students. On 7th June’2019 Akshay Patra
acknowledged this effort of Galway foundation and presented a
memento to the General Manager of Glaze Shri Urmilesh Swami as a
token of gratitude. Indeed this was a moment of pride for both Glaze
and Galway Foundation.
5th June is celebrated as World Environment Day
every year to create an awareness among the
people. This year it was celebrated on the theme of
‘Beat Air Pollution’. Green area is being destroyed
in the Arcadia Tea estate in Dehradun to make a
smart city among tea gardens. While making some
corrective initiatives in this direction, S.E.P.
organised a program on 5th June 2019 to create an
awareness amongst the people about climate
change. An awareness was created for the environement with the help of
meditation. As well as the deep connection between human civilization and the
environment was explained.
On World Environment Day our Peace Volunteers Dinesh Mourya, Surti Kisan,
Jhunu Baaliyaar Singh and Kamini Bhera performed an A.T.M with 100
participants and created awareness about environment in Dehradun,
Jharsuguda, Rourkela and Dhenkanaal.

organization that
provides food and
other medical facilities
free of cost to the needy.
On 14th June the team of
the Galway foundation,
reviewed the work which they are doing
in association with the Galway
foundation, to understand the needs of
the people more closely to provide them
better facilities in the future. On this
occasion, Shri Pranab Sakia, Additional
Director, Earth Saviours Foundation, gave
a memento to Varun Salwan,
representative of the Galway Foundation
and thanked the Galway Foundation for
this humane initiative.
