Good Samaritan MultiCare Mary Bridge Children’s Therapy Unit, Puyallup, WA-400 hours
Planned and implemented treatment in one-on-one as well as group sessions in a pediatric outpatient
setting. Treatments focused on increasing independence with self-care skills, interactive and exploratory
play skills, and education for varying diagnoses including: sensory processing disorder, autistic disorder,
cerebral palsy, mixed developmental disabilities, attention deficit hyperactive disorder, Cri Du Chat
syndrome, and Fragile X syndrome. Group therapy sessions held with groups sizes ranging from 4 to 15
participants for children aged 3 to 16 and addressed sensory integration, social skills, transitional skills,
zones of regulation and alerts, and feeding skills.
Good Samaritan Healthcare Center, Yakima, WA-320 hours
Planned and provided one-on-one treatment for adults in a skilled nursing setting with intervention
focused on increased independence with ADLs and functional activity tolerance for varying diagnoses in
the adult population including: CVA, THA, bone fracture, CABG, BKA, CHF, back surgery. Implemented
preparatory activities, as well as contrived and purposeful activities in order to promote goal attainment.

Observed skilled treatment interventions focused on ADLs, increased functional activity tolerance, and
