Student Aid and Fiscal Responsibility Act pass the House of Representatives. Most recently we informed the community on the Development Relief and
Education for Alien Minors (DREAM) Act; we were able to get NAU Senate to stand for the DREAM Act
o Movimiento Estudiantil Chicano de Aztlan (M.E.Ch.A.) – As a member of the Chicano Student Movement of Aztlan I hope to outreach to the local Latin
youth community in juvenile detentions so that they are aware past does not always dictate the future
o Science Club – Cleaned up low-income communities and raised funds for Hurricane Katrina.
o Student Against Destructive Decisions – Educated students around Santa Cruz County on Prom safety.
o Link Crew President – Mentored incoming High School Freshmen.
