Executive Summary
An experienced higher education professional with over 17 years in a financial aid office, I'm geared
for a position where I can utilize my skills as a multi-tasking leader and counselor in a relationship-
oriented, professional environment. My experience with customer service, training and development,

Accomplishments
As the chairperson of the Professional Development Committee, I successfully planned and
executed meetings and special events for staff participation
I successfully created financial literacy events geared towards at-risk, first-generation students
I serve in the role of "mediator" for One Process which is Dominican University's response to
allegations regarding Title IX enforcement. Title IX, from the the U.S. Department of
Education's Office for Civil Rights (OCR), enforces and protects people from discrimination
based on sex in education programs or activities that receive Federal financial assistance.
Dominican University has expanded this role to include discrimination based on race, gender,
and/or other areas of identity
