inspirational movie Remember the Titans will be talking about their experience leading their once racially
divided football team to a championship title from opponents to team mates to brotherhood. The event was

· Organized and coordinated the first Collegiate Leadership Development Program (CLDP) by the United States
Hispanic Leadership Institute at Kutztown University with a Multicultural Approach. The CLDP will be seven
weeks of total leadership development and student empowerment along with dialogue with administration.
· Created/Organized the New Beginnings Mentoring Program based on prior existing mentoring programs at the
University and other well-recognized national mentoring programs
