Combining my varied past professional experience with over 7 years as a leadership and training professional, I have
proven skills in creating and delivering dynamic and effective training in both classroom and field environments, building
effective relationships with stakeholders, planning and facilitating professional development workshops and large
conference presentations, and developing employees, trainers, and leaders.
I have extensive experience in assessing client and stakeholder needs and the development and innovative delivery of
training modules, written training materials, and in end-to-end project management of training delivery methods
including small and large-scale presentations, professional development workshops, and in writing and producing
successful training videos. Additionally, I have experience in assessing learning effectiveness through written and skills
assessment, survey feedback, data analysis and in focusing on continuous process improvement to meet business goals.
As a trainer of trainers, I seek to constantly serve as a role model for excellent instructional facilitation and to develop
those capabilities in others. Building on my education and experience in psychology and organizational development I am
known as a relationship builder, collaborator, and adept at engaging internal and external partners. I am committed to
building training and training teams that empower the strengths of each individual, as well as in consistently working to
improve my own knowledge and effectiveness.
I welcome the opportunity to speak with you further about how I can support your team and your organization’s training
and leadership development goals.
Sincerely,
David Weed
