Throughout my career I have displayed strong business management expertise, but also the
unique ability to build consensus among diverse groups to work cooperatively towards common
goals. With extensive experience working on cross agency projects, I have demonstrated
outstanding leadership skills and the ability to manage diverse responsibilities of high value to

Leading by example, I plan strategies to help facilitate departmental vision by committing to
action and achieving goals in the most efficient and effective manner. Through critical thinking, I
am able to understand and respond methodically to the complexities associated with the task at

My greatest strength lies in the ability to build high-performance, cross -disciplinary teams vital
to an organizations vision and mission; which are so critical to product delivery. Recognizing
that a diversity of experience and knowledge can only enhance the quality of a team’s work; I
contribute actively to teams by working with peers and colleagues collaboratively toward
consensual solutions. Projecting an air of assurance that encourages confidence in others, I am
able to maintain productive working conditions and promote employee loyalty and involvement.
