David Kaufman has been a high performing employee for over 20 years. A
graduate from DePaul University with a BA in Organization and Employee
Development, he went on to complete his MBA in 2016. During his impressive 20
years of management experience his focus has been on creating innovative
solutions to complex business problems and helping employees thrive.
Industrious and determined, Kaufman is a reliable leader who is known for being
incredibly prepared, organized, and agile.
With strong leadership skills and a penchant for change, he’s a creative manager
who has won several awards from Collaborative Employee of the year in 2013 and
the Quality Management System (QMS) Project Excellence Award in 2012 to the
Circle of Excellence Award in 2007. In addition, Kaufman was also recognized
with two trips to the AT&T Summit and two Service Excellence Awards. Of
course he has no intentions of stopping there. Ambitious and resolute, this strong
and constant leader is set on expanding his role and surpassing his own bold
track record.
A multi-dimensional businessman, he currently leads training strategy for the
Southeast Region and influences retail bargained employee training programs
nationwide. Additionally, he consults on business processes and projects for
other teams when they have an obstacle in need of a novel solution.
Born and raised in suburban Chicago, Kaufman moved to Atlanta in 2010 to
pursue his future with AT&T. Living in the city, he enjoys being within walking
distance of so many exciting places. A lover of the outdoors and nature, you can
often find him traveling the globe, but when he’s at home he spends his time
enjoying the different perspective of his city from a peaceful kayak ride, hiking
local trails, and capturing reflective moments via photography.
