Area & Nature of work
(A) Sales Duties
 Preparing agreements and proposals for potential AGENTS & respond to all
inquiries regarding accommodation and meetings.
 Responsible for maximizing revenue from Package sales all over India.
 Build an accurate and effective database of current and potential Customers/agents.
 Maintain accurate and up to date information on competition’s performance, sales
& marketing strategy etc.
 Taking Appointment, Doing presentations and follow-up for the big corporates on
behalf of our PSA.
 Achievement of Personal, as well as team Target.
 Maintaining business repo over more than 700 Trade partners.
 Recognizing and awarding the performing trade partners.
(B) Team Handling
 Ensuring that the expected Target are met by team.
 Co-ordinate with the unit operations teams to deliver commitments made to
customers and ensure customer delight.
 Ensure that Executive reverts to customer requests and inquires on time.
 Monitoring team and leading from front in regards all terms and requirements of
team.
 Monitoring performance of Trade partners.
(C) Financial Responsibilities
 Co-ordinate with Accounts / Credit departments of company based on credit limits,
outstanding commissions, outstanding payments etc.
 Deciding credit limit for Trade partner.

 Be informed about the trends in hospitality, changing customer needs and behavior,
and developments in other industries
 Conduct Market Surveys, Road shows and Competitor Research when required
 Build relationships, network & maintain regular contacts with individual supplier
for Better Business relations with trade partners.
 Assist Regional Head of Sales in developing and implementing promotional
