Our work with female managers and leaders has helped us understand the particular challenges facingthis
population.We have coached new managers and leaders to be GREAT. We have created professional
development programs for mid to senior and executive level leaders acrossa variety of sectors including
banking,marketing and communications,and luxury retail.We’ve worked with leaders and their teams to
develop a workingstructure that values all employees and provides processes for resolvingconflicts.
Whilewe have had excellent response to our coaching,our programs go beyond that singlefacet of
development.
Unlikeother programs intended to support and foster excellence in female staff members and leaders,we
recognize that men play an important role,as well. Focusingon women in a way that creates space for them in
the organizational structurecreates a long-term and sustainablestructurefor recognizingand valuingall
members of the workplace.
We look for the obstacles with an eye to reshapingthem, and understand that we may not have 100% buy-in
at the beginningof the process. Takingthe longer view allows us to bringstaff on board in stages, and identify
opportunities that emerge alongthe way.
We help create a workplacethat welcomes the accomplishments and capacities of femaleprofessionals,
through activities such as
participativeapproaches to the development of workplaceguidelines and guidingprinciples
staff involvement in and responsibility for the development of reward and recognition, performance
evaluation and other workplaceprograms
opportunities to build networks and alliances,both formal and informal,that increaseloyalty and
engagement
management and leadership coachingand mentoring practices particularly for thosenewly in the
role, and as partof the on boarding process
professional imagedevelopment services as partof professional development packages

Anne Marie is a graduateof Fashion Business fromSeneca Collegein Toronto, Canada,an award winning
volunteer for Renascent, Canada’s leadingalcohol and addiction treatment centre, and an Advisory Board
member and builder of Girls’Clubs -after school programs that teach young girls their basic human rights in
Swaziland,Africa for CrossroadsInternational.AnneMarie is a dedicated runner and sheand her husband Tom
LOVE to spend time with their three sons Rich,Matt and Ben.
