I would like to recommend Dean Olejniczak as a candidate for a position with your
organization. Dean was employed with Snug Seat for approximately two years from July of
2013 until May of 2015.
Dean’s position as National Account Manager for Snug Seat/Etac was recently eliminated
during an organizational restructuring for cost savings purposes. During Dean’s tenure he
was the utmost professional and was an unfortunate victim in a change of course for our
organization.
Dean is an extremely organized and efficient sales management professional. He can work
independently, managing several tasks all while making deadlines accordingly. His level of
expertise in a number of related fields, including sales management, sales structure and the
ability to drive business in the face of extreme challenges, makes him a prime candidate to
