up KEY & PBX Telecom systems for my father's company. Born in 1967 my first computer in 1993 was an
IBM PS 1 that ran DOS and eventually Win 3.1. Every aspect of this industry intrigues me and I try to

2. Accomplishments:
Contract: Oklahoma area; Set up long range wireless ISP, using several 300 and 500 foot
towers, point to point Avaya parabolic or omni-directional antennas with Cisco routers and
switches.
This service provided a 4-8 mb per sec. connection to a mutliple T1 trunk. The installation
included the use of Cisco Routers, switches and access points. Other equipment included the
installation and setup of Large Avaya parabolic antennas for the point to point data transmission
installed at 250 feet, four and six foot 10 to 15 db gain Avaya omni-directional antennas for
broadcasting in 360 degrees installed at 300 and 500 feet (depending on tower height). The
longest hop from tower to tower was 26 miles.
Responsibilities included: Design, installation, implementation, climbing towers, signal strength,
bandwidth manipulation, router/switch configuration and MAC/IP address filtering.
Contract: Install wireless data network for large warehouse in the southern Oklahoma area.
This network was installed to provide reliable data communications for employee laptops,
wireless testing equipment and forklift mounted bar code scanners throughout a 100,000 sf
warehouse.
Installation included the use of Cisco access points, 15 db gain omni-directional antennas, fiber
backbone to refrigerated cabinets, proprietary scanner/computer modules and wireless cards
for all laptops and some desktops.
Responsibilities included: Design, installation, implementation, scissor lift work at 40 ft. ceiling
height, signal strength monitoring, bandwidth monitoring and IP segregation using filter
techniques.
Contract: Install PolyCom video conferencing equipment using several dedicated ISDN data
lines.
The equipment was installed to provide video communication between corporate offices in
Oklahoma and Osh Kosh Wisconsin. The installation included all audio and video support
equipment, large screen LCD / DLP projectors, ceiling mounted surround speaker and
microphone systems, pointing device support and remote desktop sharing support.
Responsibilities included: Design, installation, implementation, ordering, purchasing, testing and
user account setup.
3. Contract: Install bio metric / card scanning time computation system and connect to existing
local area network.
The equipment was installed for the HR department to monitor all entries and exits to secured
areas and main entrance to the building.
Responsibilities included: Design, installation, implementation, ordering, puchasing, testing and
user account setup.
Contract: Install large VOIP systems, IP security cameras and local area networks for businesses
in the Denver area.
The equipment installed was to provide the owners with the tools to monitor all operations
from remote locations and included Avaya VOIP telecom equipment using IP Office and
dedicated switches, High End Axis IP cameras, remote video monitoring software, Windows
servers and workstations, HP printers, Xerox networked copiers and intergrated time
computation system.
Responsibilities included: Design, installation, implementation, ordering, purchasing, testing and
user account setup.
