 Ensure proper HIPPA rules are kept.

As Dispatcher:
 Monitored all radio transmissions, relaying messages as necessary, and maintained a log
of all transmissions for permanent record and report preparation.
 In emergency situations, immediately notified/dispatched appropriate personnel, notified
hospitals and other agencies as required, etc.
 Scheduled motor vehicles, trains, aircrafts and other vessels used for the transportation of
passengers, mail, equipment and supplies.

 Provided route and destination information and instructions to the drivers, engineers and

 As TDY Clerk handled all travel vouchers and transported them to finance offices and
