• Maintained and improved control over the collection of student tuition, fees and other charges assessed to
enrollees of the College for all locations. Enhanced the billing process through the creation of a clear and
concise invoice for students.
• Executed the refund process and disbursement of Federal Title IV Financial Aid funds. Revamped the refund
process resulting in the elimination of 100+ hours of overtime payments and reducing loss due to
overpayments by $300K per year.
• Responsible for administrative leadership and direction for employees responsible for Business Office
functions college-wide including basic and advanced training on the student accounting system.
• Managed the 1098T process, providing online statement access, distribution by mail and successful uploads
to the IRS database for 25K students, all by established deadlines.
