 Monitored store accuracy, reduced loss of inventory, and controlled procedural
compliance by communicating concerns to Store managers and Area Leaders (District
Managers) and following up on significant errors, maintaining and updating information
in STS inventory system by processing: receipt discrepancy adjustments, transfer
correction, re-ticketing adjustments, IPLU files, sales and non-sales rejections, and write
offs
 Assisted in completion of physical inventory counts. Including but not limited to
scheduling, investigating, resolving, and reporting physical inventory variances
 Set up stacking procedures on a daily/weekly/monthly basis. Maintain divisional stacking
requests
 Processed distribution centre’s RTV’s, transfers, write offs, freight claims. Processed
Debit/Credit Memo’s for promotional items and freight claims and AP requests of
receipts with incorrect costs
 Investigated negative quantities on hand especially for the on-line store
 Identify and investigate and unauthorized write offs and inventory transfers
 Assisted in working with Loss Prevention team to identify and reduce shrink
caused by fraud, theft, operational errors and policy violations
