Administrator of a multi-million dollar Access-A-Ride (AAR) contract. Review the contracton a regular
basis to ensure vendor provides goods and services in accordance with the terms and conditions of the
contract’sscope of work. Identify any discrepancies and follow upwiththevendor torectify theseissues;
implement any contract modifications as required.
Review the currentprocess forprocessing taxi reimbursements and identify areas of improvement. Take
steps to restructure how taxi reimbursements are process. Activities included rewriting the Taxi
Reimbursement procedure guides and adding new processes; resulting in fewer production errors and
reduced production time by 7 days.
Trackthe number of reimbursement request received and processed monthly and prepare monthly taxi
