Position: Grader Operator
Project: Australian Pacific LNG- Combabula and Reedy Creek (poly pipe installation 125mm to 630mm
diameter, bulk clearing of vegetation, lease pad civil works, installation of separator units, high voltage
electrical cable and reinstatement of Right of Way).
Duties
• Operating Bulldozer, Caterpillar 16M Grader and Caterpillar 30T Excavator;
• Conducting clear and grader operations in Grader to ensure adequate topsoil has been removed before
construction commences;
• Ensure contours and Right of Way profile is correct prior to construction and trenching activities;
• Operating Bulldozer during clear and grader operations to ensure that vegetation and topsoil has been
stripped;
• Relocate topsoil stockpiles to ensure adequate drainage is achieved on the Right of Way;
• Lead operations in the excavator to relocate soil stockpiles as part of the minor bulk earthworks;
• Implement erosion and sediment controls operating a grader as per the Site Erosion and Sediment Control
Plan (E.S.C.P.);
• Conduct reinstatement operations to re-establish the pre-disturbance profile utilising the Grader;
• Re-establish correct topsoil profile for final rehabilitation and reinstatement of Right of Way; and

2. 2012- 2013 McConnell Dowell Joint Venture (M.C.J.V.) Gladstone Gas Line
Position: Machine Operator
Project: QCLNG installation of 36 and 42 inch diameter gas pipeline and associated facilities linking the CSG
fields in Surat and Bowen Basins of Queensland to Curtis Island, Gladstone.
Duties
• Operating Volvo Grader with inbuilt G.P.S. for the construction of roads;
• Utilised Grader for the preparation of the road base;
• Involved in the building of the laydown pad foundations to ensure that correct levels are achieved utilising
the Grader with inbuilt G.P.S. unit;
• Maintenance of the gravel roads involving trimming and filling potholes in the Grader;
• Demonstrated safety responsibilities as the Site safety representative; and
• Working on a 28 on 9 days off roster FIFO Brisbane.
