Supervised 14 mill mechanics daily and up to 75 contractors and operation employees on equipment
outages. The grind line consisted of two Ball Mills and one SAG Mill, A/C screens, various conveyors, and
associated slurry pumps, leach train, thickeners and overhead cranes.

● Part of a team responsible for equipment removal and reinstallation for a $31,000,000 expansion –
traveled to Riverside, CA and Joliet, IL to collect maintenance documentation and P.M. procedures
from these facilities as well as properly label and inventory equipment upon removal.
● Worked closely with contractors and engineers to set equipment up once relocated in order to
resume production on a tight deadline, which was met and completed in 18 months.
