3. SUMMARY EXPERIENCE
Since AUGUST 2014 I am working with SapuraKencana DRILLING / CONGO – SKD BERANI -TENDER
as an Chief Mechanic : prior I was working as Chief Mechanic Saipem - GPS in Italy Adriatic sea.
Responsibilities and duties include:
Proficient in Hydraulics, Mechanics & Pneumatics
Carried out planned maintenance, repairs, inspections and installations of all mechanical, hydraulic
and pneumatic equipment on board the rig
Repaired equipment in the event of a breakdown or unsafe condition
Carried out equipment isolations and de-isolations as required
Maintained service reports, and entered data into the rig management system
Order replacement parts, spares and tools as required
Trained, mentored and supervised the Motorman, Mechanical trainees and 3rd parties working within
the
Maintenance department
Assisted 3rd parties, checked equipment was properly installed and fit for purpose, certified &
correctly maintained
Carried out Coxswain duties, during weekly drills and in the event of an emergency
Complied with all QHSE duties, such as attending daily and safety meetings, reporting incidents,
calling TOFS,
Proficient in Hydraulics, Mechanics & Pneumatics
General housekeeping on decks, below deck and workshop areas etc

I was involved in tasks such as maintenance and mechanical repairing of the all engines and pumps
within drilling unit.
4. The equipment serviced were Caterpillar engines , mud pumps, compressors , Top Drive System ,
Iron roughneck ,
centrefuges pumps,air /hydraulic pumps,Koo,ey Unit,etc.
• Major repairs , performing the routine preventive maintenance ( as per equipment maintenance
schedule / program ), drive equipments and operated electrical or hydraulic pumping systems.
• I was performing preventive maintenance , safety and derrick inspections of the equipments
according with the company policies.
