2. • Dev eloping and testing Power Upgrade project KTA50G3 Plus to achiv e increase power capability our genset. Install all pressure sensor and
temperature to PLC base Adam unit to monitoring pressure and temperature and input f or Dev elopment department. Carried out replacement
component during testing such as Turbocharger,control instrument such as f low meter,delogger data taker. Inspection all engine cy linder using
Oly mpus boroscop digital optical camera.
• Ensure personel on site power plant or project person f ollowing operation procedure and serv ice Maintenance as Work Instruction Bulletin. Do Some
correctiv e action and doing some task both mechanical and electrical relev ant to Manuf acturing Standard and ensure serv ice bulletin done and
updated due to capability site personel.
• Troubleshoot and repair diesel, gas, and/or multi-f uel engines (e.g., ov erhauling those of 3 to 8 cy linders and up to 3MW of power or making less
extensiv e repairs to larger, more complex engines). Apply knowledge of electronic theory and circuits and basic logic circuit s to power, timing, and
motion controls, indicating and counting mechanisms, and similar dev ices to troubleshoot, maintain, and repair power plant controls and electronics
equipment.
• Commisioning and installation f or mechanical and control sy stem for HFO f uel machine. Assist operation site f or operation and maintenance HFO
separator westf alia treatment f uel skid.
• Commisioning,installation,tuning air f uel ratio and support technical knowledge f or Gas power plant project all ov er the world. Such as our project in
Bangladesh, iv ory coast, Mozambique.
