2.  Problems of the Study:
 Difficulty in monitoring the school
attendance hours.
 Inaccurate and slow process in computing
their salary
 In some instances, old teachers are slow
signing that cause a delay to others.
 There is a possibility of misplacement of
records due to some unexpected reasons
 Someone can change the time recorded.

3.  Objective of the Study:
 The system aims to provide a login
monitoring system for high school that
will help faculty to improve the process
of checking the attendance hours.
 To produce accurate computation of
faculty’s salary.
 To lessen the burden in logging.
 To secure and keep the records properly.
 To avoid the changing of records.

4.  Scope of the Study:
The system will require the faculty to swipe
their ID’s in the barcode reader so they can be
logged in/out. The system will keep and generate
the records for the accurate computation of the
working hours and the proper salaries for the
faculty. The system can secure the information and
provide the accurate result.

5.  Limitation of the Study:
 The system will not cover the teachers class
schedule.
 Authorize person can only view the
important records.
 The emergency leave, absences will be first
informed to the operator for it will be
notified in the system.
