Mustang Digital Solutions is one of the IT Company which is established by the young
entrepreneur, with the motive of the growth of the IT industries in Nepal. It is established by
the different youth of different field. They left the different National and International job
opportunities and try to grow here with the development motive of country as well as their
own. They start their own start up in the country and try to decrease the brain drain from the
Country.
This company was established two year ago the COVID-19. It is performing well before
COVID-19 with their objective. It has also created good market in the short period of the
time. There are different financial problem during the starting but after the few period it hs
able to maintain the gap. The business was established with the help of different partners. But
the Loan of the company also increases during the period. The company is trying to balance
the situation in the same period the COVID -19 harmed huge to the Company.
This plan may help the company to be revived after the COVID -19 .This plans focus the
different way to control over the different situation of the company. The loss of the company
increases due to the COVID 19. But it can be maintained with the new plan for the company.
The post plan for the company is discussed in this plan how to operate the company and to
survive the company in the future. How to get operation of the company after this pandemic
with different type of health facilities which is necessary to be followed by the Minister of
Health and Population Nepal.
As COVID -19 mostly affect the small and medium industry mostly, where the government
are also not able to provide proper relaxation. This plan mainly discussed to uplift the small
and medium business house of IT sector which is established with the huge motive but fails
to operate due to this type of pandemic and the different government law in the current
situation.

Description of the industry
The IT sector is an emerging area in Nepal. The Government of Nepal has identified IT and
business process outsourcing (BPO) as one of the 5 priority potential export service sectors in
the Nepal Trade Integration Strategy (NTIS) 2010. IT has the potential to generate high
growth, investment, and significant profits in the coming years and is expected to be one of
the most significant growth contributors to the Nepali economy.
Business process outsourcing is a major emerging area in IT in Nepal. These IT entities are
often referred to as ITES-BPO (informational technology enable services-business process
outsourcing). The existing players in ITES-BPO in the market serve both the domestic and
international market. Three types of companies are involved in the ITES-BPO sector: local
solution providers focusing on the local market, export-oriented providers (e.g., offshore
centre), and hybrid providers (both local and export oriented).
An IT Park is being established in Banepa in Kavre District. The total investment in this
venture is estimated to be around NPR 270 million (USD 2.70 million). The government is
preparing to give a 50% tax subsidy to companies operating in the Park. The Park is expected
to develop software, promote IT-based business and provide services, as well as promote
investors in related fields.
 IT developer costs are, in general, lower in Nepal than in other South Asian countries.
 Nepal has been able to propel itself into the international market to become an
alternate offshore outsourcing location to India, Pakistan, and other Asian countries.
 The Nepali time zone is favourable for companies looking to outsource from America
and Europe.
Many companies have consolidated their business in Nepal and developed a niche market for
their products internationally (e.g., Verisk Health, Incessant Rain, Cloud Factory,
D2Hawkeye, and Deerwalk).
 The Government of Nepal has shown serious commitment to establishing an IT Park
with tax and other incentives.

As the company is working with the advance technology pre pandemic. The advance
technology is necessary in this sector to work. The customer demands and satisfaction can’t
be maintained without the advance technology. The advanced technology is necessary in this
field to fulfil the customer demand which is maintained by the Mustang Digital Solutions Pvt
Ltd (MDSPL). The required technology which is necessary by the company to complete the
work in time and get the result in time is properly maintained by the MDSPL to run the
company.
There is no necessary to change the technology in this company to re-operate after the
pandemic. The necessary demand of the customer can be maintained by the available
technology which is used by the company pre pandemic. The resources are not being used
during the pandemic so the technology based resources should be done servicing to reported
and get the proper operation by the resources.
All the technical resources should be properly serviced and rechecked before the operation.
Available technology can be used by the company so there is no huge investment is required
for this sector by the MDSPL for the reoperation of the company. The current market demand
is easily fulfilled by the company.
If the Company starts to grow in Tick shape then only there is necessary to reinvest in the
technology sector .Otherwise there is no necessary for the incensement of the technology by
this company.
The company can operate properly with the available technological resources after the
pandemic if there will not any vast changes take place in the period of time. The available

The marketing is done through various sources by the company before the pandemic.
The company uses the sources through which it get customer for the business like, Social
Media Marketing, Gmail Marketing, Telephonic Marketing, Personal Relation and other
sources too. The company have to suffer in pre period because any of the marketing strategy
doesn’t work but after some period of operation of the company it gives the good result.
In the current situation all the market is declined and all the investors of different area is
badly affected, all should be considered before making the marketing plan. The current
market condition and the different sectors in which we give our service should be properly
examined before making marketing plan.
All the marketing sources like, Social Media Marketing, Gmail Marketing, Telephonic
Marketing, Personal Relation and other sources should be used again for the marketing
purpose. Companies rethinking their go-to-market plans in emerging markets adopt a two-

business house doesn’t want to collaborate. So the company can get experience from small

Financial Plan
The company is established in partnership basis with the capital of Rs.10,00,000 .It has hard
to manage in the starting period but came in BEP in 6 months. After the Positive scaling of
the company, Share holders decided to change the space of the business in large place. The
share holders reinvested and increased their capital to setup office space. After that the
company have to suffer again to maintain the BEP. Operation of the company continues in
loss for some days but after some days the company can able to cover all the loss in the
operation of 1 year and 9 months. The company starts to decline again after tht period and
increase 4 lacks of loan before the pandemic. The office has to maintain the basic expenses
during the period of pandemic which increase the loan from 4 Lakhs to 5 Lakhs.
In the current situation the company have to pay 5 lakhs and the company has 1 lakhs in
market to collect. If the operation cost of the company is decreased and turnover will be
constant or increased the company can survive and grow.

company includes the salary of the employee, Rent, Electricity, office expenses, and miscellaneous
expenses. As the observation of the company structure from the past days the expenses of the
company is higher then turns over. Which cause increase in loan of the company in past 5 months
before pandemic.
The necessary reinvestment should be done according the requirement of the new project.
The aggressive cost cutting strategy should be applied to grow the company after the
pandemic. The first thing to remember is to avoid panic. I suggest you take a deep breath, and
then focus on applying the following six strategies as you navigate the financial impact of the

After the pandemic the company should work on that project which is hampered due to the
pandemic. The entire hold project should be cleared after the operation of the company. The
proper analysis of the past project is necessary after resume of the project, either there is any
problem in the project. The global supply chain is experiencing a level of disruption that has
never been seen before. Some manufacturers have ceased production completely, some have
seen greatly reduced demand, and others have seen a huge increase in demand. Every
manufacturer is impacted by this crisis in some way and, for many, this poses an existential
threat.
The priorities for most Companies today fall into three distinct phases:
Phase 1: Survival
Phase 2: Recovery
Phase 3: Business as usual in the new post-crisis paradigm
The goal for all Company will be to get to Phase 3 as soon as possible and at the lowest cost.
In defining the operating model for Phase 3, they will factor in lessons learned from the crisis
and try to build a more resilient and agile business. They will be asking themselves some

The company should work with fewer employees and to try to meet the breakeven point in
the current situation. The main motive of the company is to get survive after the Pandemic.
The maximum output with the minimum input policy should be used by the company. The
company should use these following policy post pandemic.

 Expanded data collection
 Contingent worker expansion
 Expanded employer role as social safety net
 Separation of critical skills and roles
 (De-)Humanization of employees
 Emergence of new top-tier employers
 Transition from designing for efficiency to designing for resilience
 Increase in organization complexity
The company should Enable business units to customize performance management, because
what one part of the enterprise needs might not work elsewhere. As organizational
complexity complicates career pathing, providing reskilling and career development support
— for example, by developing resources and building out platforms to provide visibility into
internal positions. The main motive of the company is to survive in these days rather than

All the old customers should be contacted to get their reviews and their experience during the
Pandemic, which help to increase the personal relations and help to maintain relation with
them. All the issue raised by them should be solved by the Company to regain the old
Customers. Al the old customers should be get in touch so the old customers can’t be loss.
In the first year, the office should be shifted in the small place where all the employees can
get all basic facilities. Office experience should be decreased by cost cutting of the
unnecessary expense of the office. The limited number of the employee should continue for
the job to get proper work done, through which the office experience will decrease. The main
focus should be done to decrease the operational cost.
The office should operated by the facilities of work from home so the operational cost of
office can decreased .The project based employees should be hired .The employees should
work on the project basis .
After operations of the company for some periods of time then company can be revived as the
past and the office can enhance there working area as past the pandemic. The office
operational area should be increased by the workload and the income of the company. All the
area should be increased as per the requirement.

MDSPL is operating well in the past days, but mostly affected by the cover 19. There is the
chance to grow the company after this pandemic. Company can be able to resume after the
pandemic by making balance between different sectors. The huge funds are necessary to
resume the company but there is huge chance to grow as well. The cost control of the
different sectors should be given in priority.
The company should resume with different new plan and protect which can give the good
income in investment. The company should invest in the trending sector of industry to
establish in market. There is the great opportunity for the company to invest and earn. This
pandemic harms different sectors but also give opportunity to different sectors. The company
can able to grab the opportunity and resume for further operations.
If the company can be able to decrease the operation cost then, it can able to revive within the
short period of time and continue its operations as past. There are several opportunities in IT
industries in these days. There is chance of increase of loan or capital of the company to
resume but it can be maintained in future days.

They start their own start up in the country and try to decrease the brain drain from the Country. This company was established two year ago the COVID-19. It is performing well before COVID-19 with their objective. It has also created good market in the short period of the time. There are different financial problem during the starting but after the few period it hs able to maintain the gap. The business was established with the help of different partners. But the Loan of the company also increases during the period. The company is trying to balance the situation in the same period the COVID -19 harmed huge to the Company. This plan may help the company to be revived after the COVID -19 .This plans focus the different way to control over the different situation of the company. The loss of the company increases due to the COVID 19. But it can be maintained with the new plan for the company. The Government of Nepal has identified IT and business process outsourcing (BPO) as one of the 5 priority potential export service sectors in the Nepal Trade Integration Strategy (NTIS) 2010. IT has the potential to generate high growth, investment, and significant profits in the coming years and is expected to be one of the most significant growth contributors to the Nepali economy. Business process outsourcing is a major emerging area in IT in Nepal. These IT entities are often referred to as ITES-BPO (informational technology enable services-business process outsourcing). The existing players in ITES-BPO in the market serve both the domestic and international market. Three types of companies are involved in the ITES-BPO sector: local solution providers focusing on the local market, export-oriented providers (e.g., offshore centre), and hybrid providers (both local and export oriented). An IT Park is being established in Banepa in Kavre District. The total investment in this venture is estimated to be around NPR 270 million (USD 2.70 million). The government is preparing to give a 50% tax subsidy to companies operating in the Park. The Park is expected to develop software, promote IT-based business and provide services, as well as promote investors in related fields.  IT developer costs are, in general, lower in Nepal than in other South Asian countries.  Nepal has been able to propel itself into the international market to become an alternate offshore outsourcing location to India, Pakistan, and other Asian countries.  The Nepali time zone is favourable for companies looking to outsource from America and Europe. Many companies have consolidated their business in Nepal and developed a niche market for their products internationally (e.g., Verisk Health, Incessant Rain, Cloud Factory, D2Hawkeye, and Deerwalk).  The Government of Nepal has shown serious commitment to establishing an IT Park with tax and other incentives.  First mover advantages can be reaped by investors interested in this sector.

The advance technology is necessary in this sector to work. The customer demands and satisfaction can’t be maintained without the advance technology. The advanced technology is necessary in this field to fulfil the customer demand which is maintained by the Mustang Digital Solutions Pvt Ltd (MDSPL). The required technology which is necessary by the company to complete the work in time and get the result in time is properly maintained by the MDSPL to run the company. There is no necessary to change the technology in this company to re-operate after the pandemic. The necessary demand of the customer can be maintained by the available technology which is used by the company pre pandemic. The resources are not being used during the pandemic so the technology based resources should be done servicing to reported and get the proper operation by the resources. All the technical resources should be properly serviced and rechecked before the operation. Available technology can be used by the company so there is no huge investment is required for this sector by the MDSPL for the reoperation of the company. The current market demand is easily fulfilled by the company. If the Company starts to grow in Tick shape then only there is necessary to reinvest in the technology sector .Otherwise there is no necessary for the incensement of the technology by this company. The company can operate properly with the available technological resources after the pandemic if there will not any vast changes take place in the period of time. The available resources will be sufficient for the company after the pandemic.

The company have to suffer in pre period because any of the marketing strategy doesn’t work but after some period of operation of the company it gives the good result. In the current situation all the market is declined and all the investors of different area is badly affected, all should be considered before making the marketing plan. The current market condition and the different sectors in which we give our service should be properly examined before making marketing plan. The main objective of the company is to focus the small and medium business. The experience is required in the industry to deal with the large business house. As this company is new is this area the large business house doesn’t want to collaborate. So the company can get experience from small and medium business house which help to get experience .after experience only large project Offer Company can get. MGT504-Entrepreneurship Management MBA 3rd Sem 8 Mustang Digital Solutions Business Plan Financial Plan The company is established in partnership basis with the capital of Rs.10,00,000 .It has hard to manage in the starting period but came in BEP in 6 months. After the Positive scaling of the company, Share holders decided to change the space of the business in large place. The share holders reinvested and increased their capital to setup office space. After that the company have to suffer again to maintain the BEP. Operation of the company continues in loss for some days but after some days the company can able to cover all the loss in the operation of 1 year and 9 months. The company starts to decline again after tht period and increase 4 lacks of loan before the pandemic. The office has to maintain the basic expenses during the period of pandemic which increase the loan from 4 Lakhs to 5 Lakhs. In the current situation the company have to pay 5 lakhs and the company has 1 lakhs in market to collect. If the operation cost of the company is decreased and turnover will be constant or increased the company can survive and grow.
