A B S T R A C T
India is emerging as a global hub in the business process outsourcing (BPO) market. The BPO industries provide the impetus
to our economy forward to higher level and create employment opportunities in the country. Business process outsourcing
and information technology (IT) services contribution to Indians GDP will increase to Eight percent by 2008. BPO in the
country are expected to employ around one million people by 2008.
