• CSF1: Identified Executive Sponsor who will drive both ISO55000 and Maximo
implementation projects.
• CSF2: The AIS will be the “Single Source of Truth”
• CSF3: Multiple functions/ departments will directly use the AIS
• CSF4: Multiple process integrations will exist between the AIS and other Information
Systems
• CSF5: Cross functional (Workflow) processes will be exist
