Fee Schedule
● Signing amount :INR 6,000/-
● After Completion :INR 4,000/-
Note: ​Any other services outside the scope of work shall be chargeable.
Charges shall be communicated to the Client prior to the service provided.

5.
Terms and Conditions
● This quotation is valid for a period of 7 calendar days from the date of
send by the company.
● An SLA (Service legal agreement) will be signed during signing
amount.
● Cost of any stock-images, vectors, graphics, content writing from third
party sources, would be extra and borne by the client. The client would
be intimidated by the said extra costs.
● All fees, once paid is non-refundable.
● All content will be provided by the client, the company will not be held
liable if the delay in delivery of the project is due to non-availability of
the content that is to be provided by the client. If the client is not able
to provide content within 7 days, we will complete the website using
dummy content.
● Changes and additions to the quotations outside the scope of the
project will be charged and invoiced to the client.
● This quotation does not include the fee for purchase of outside
software and copyright work, such work will be billed and charged to
the client.
● Disputes arising from this Agreement must be handled exclusively in
the relevant court of NCT of Delhi, India.
