Note:
1. Invoicing mode is advance payment.
2. Any activity not mentioned in the scope in previous slides in out of scope.
3. Any 3rd party payments needs to be borne by the client
4. All the 3rd party subscriptions, tools, service charges needs to be borne by the
client.
5. This contract is valid for 1 year and post which there would be a review and
revision on the Retainer Fee.
6. Notice Period is 1 month on either sides before terminating the contract.
25. Service Terms & Conditions -
• 18 % GST taxable rate on supply of services.
• This Agreement may be terminated by either party upon thirty (30) days written notice to the other party in the
event of a breach of a material provision.
• To avoid rework, client need to provide clear instruction on design and idea. Client can do revision maximum
3-4 times on creative design, content and images.
• Once the design is finalized, changing layout or design will be charged extra.
• Once the website is deployed to the client server, DigitalZap will not be responsible for any changes,
modification (If AMC is not signed by the client). It will be charged extra based on work and resources used.
• Any requirements for the project other than those mentioned are beyond the scope of this agreement.
• Delaying information/data from the client-side may delay delivery time.
• For any paid tools or anything paid tools required in project, client need to buy and provide us.
