Job Description
Pre-Requirements
All drivers must have a valid Class "C" Georgia & Pennsylvania Drivers License with a clean
record for at least the past two years. Each driver will utilize their own personal vehicle and
therefore must provide proof of full coverage liability and full tort. Every driver must also pass a
Criminal Background Check and Acts 0-33, 0-34 and 151 Clearance.
2. Summary
As a driver for CH'S Service Provider you are responsible for the safe and timely transportation
of clients to and/or from their destinations in accordance with the schedule provided to you by
Dispatch. You are responsible for expressing a friendly, professional attitude and to be courteous
at all times. For example, open the doors for your clients, assist them with any groceries or
luggage; any effort deemed necessary to bring out the company's concept of "personalized
service", setting us apart from any form of competition. Always thank them for using our service
and welcome their patronage; always be genuine with your message.
Vehicle Guidelines
Your vehicle is a "walking billboard" of our services therefore, you are required to have the
exterior and interior clean at all times. You must also be able to provide "trunk space" in cases of
transporting a client who may have luggage, groceries, etc ... You must maintain a safe driving
speed at all times, use caution in your defensive driving and safety belts must be worn at all
times by you and your passengers. No other passengers (other than clients) are to be in your
vehicle unless prior authorization is granted.

Dress Code
Standard uniforms will be provided for you; they must be clean and pressed at all times. Until a
uniform can be issued you will be informed what to wear on a temporary basis. Be sure your
personal hygiene is above standard. Use discretion with strong cologne or perfumes (clients may
find strong odors offensive), facial hair (mustache, beard, goatee) is permitted if properly
groomed, do not use heavy makeup, take caution with accessorizing (wearing too much jewelry,
chipped nail polish, etc ...
