Payments are made via either direct deposit or physical check on the 15th and last day of
every month. If you have selected check as your method, your check will be mailed to your
address on file. If you selected direct deposit but need to change your banking
information, please contact HR as soon as possible.

Paid Time Off All employees have these days off: Martin Luther King, Jr. Day, Presidents Day,
Easter, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Columbus Day, Veterans
Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Day.
Out of consideration for lengthy commute time in the city and for those who live
far, we allow 12 work remote days per year. Please note that a maximum number
of 2 work remote days are allowed per month.
Paid Time Off Days are accrued on a monthly basis throughout the year. All
unused PTO days will be rolled over to the following year(s). Please submit your
PTO request at least one week before the planned dates.

Attendance
We’re happy to offer reasonable flexibility to your schedule. As a full time employee, please just note
that you are still required to fulfil your 8-hour per day requirement. Please see below for core working
hours, attendance policies, medical leave, and maternity leave policies.

• Normal office hours are Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm
• Lunch hours and break times are flexible within reason
• Salaried employees are not paid for any overtime hours

Termination and Resignation
Our employees are our biggest assets, but sometimes things might not work out or you might decide to take a different direction. In either case, a three-
week notice (either of termination or of resignation) must be given. Any unused PTO will be paid out as a bonus with your last pay check, which you will
receive 15 days after your last day. Insurance benefits will remain effective for one month after your last day.
