INCORPORATED, a land-based recruitment company organized
under Philippine Laws and licensed by Philippine Overseas
Employment Administration.
As a brief history, our agency was established year 2002 to promote the
general welfare of both the employers and workers thus creating a
healthy and harmonious relationship between them. In addition to it,
we selected the best personnel to serve our clients – prospective
employers the most effective and efficient manner because we
consider them as our partners while attending to applicant workers
wholeheartedly and truthfully.
In view of this, our company is in the best position to offer our services to
your prestigious office/company for the recruitment and mobilization
of qualified personnel needed by your businesses.

EMPLOYERS REQUIREMENT
As a requirement we are requesting the possible employers to submit to
us the following:
 Commercial registration or its company license;
 Job order – citing the benefits and salaries of the worker to include
the working hours.
 Recruitment Agreement to be concluded by our agency and the
employer.
 The required working visa –
 All documents should be authenticated by the Philippine Embassy in
the host country and fully accredited by our POEA here to start pre-
selection and manpower researching.

2.  B. PRE-DEPLOYMENT
 Manpower Pooling
 We shall pre-select all our applicants based on your requirement with the
use of print and broadcast media or conduct provincial recruitment based
on POEA ruling as the need arises.
Manpower Selection
 Pre-selected applicants shall undergo interview by our qualified technical/
professional interviewers and shall be trade- tested by Trade Test
Company fully licensed and accredited by the government.
 Documents or personal appearance (as needed, by sending your
representative) of qualified applicants will be forwarded to you for final
approval or for further training.
 Fully accepted applicants, will undergo medical examination to test their
physical fitness to work overseas. Tests include examination for AIDS
virus, Tuberculosis, Hepatitis or any other medical test as required by the
host country. The medical examinations are being conducted by the
Medical Clinics licensed/accredited by the Philippine Government and its
licensing body.
 Processing Services
 Documents of selected applicants shall be process by our Philippine
Overseas Employment Administration after the issuance of the
corresponding visa by the Host Country.
 Pre-Departure
 Selected applicants shall be given final briefing and Pre-Departure
Orientation Seminar (PDOS) regarding the status of the employer and
the host country and shall be assisted during the departure while
informing the employers their flight details.
 Deployment time – within ten (10) days after issuance of visa
and POEA processing.

3.  C. TERMS AND CONDITIONS
 Transportation from origin to the jobsite shall be shouldered by the
employer.
 Food and accommodation are provided free to the workers.
 Salaries and wages are paid monthly. Working hours is eight (8)
hours a day, six (6) days a week. Overtime is computed based
on Philippine Laws and the Host Country.
 Salaries are negotiable or in accordance with the Philippine rules.
 Our service fee is negotiable.

supervisor of a construction firm and eventually became a part of the
group handling the interviews in sending workers to K.S.A in 1977. Later,
he joined a logging firm as Special Assistant to the President on
technical matters including the representation with the Philippine
Government agency and other bureaus. Became the General Services
Manager in the Middle East of an International Firm based in London.
