Myself and what I bring to the workplace, to you?
 More than 10 years in international sales, with focus on Automotive industry – mainly
Tier 1 manufacturers
 Commercial background with sound technical understanding, enabling me to negotiate
and relate with customer’s buyers and engineers.
 Proven track record of sales growth, organically growing existing accounts and seeking
out and developing new accounts into ongoing key accounts.
 Strong project management skills, taking ownership and handling major projects from
initial contact to final SOP.
 Skilled in networking with customer and internal teams.
 Full understanding of Automotive quality requirements like TS16949.
 Passionate about the manufacturing and automotive sector.
 Proven track record in sourcing and building up a global supplier network to compliment
the product range.
 Native German speaker, with fluent conversational French
 13 years expirence as a team leader
Why should you employ me?
I am a strong believer that knowledge is 1/3 of success and attitude accounts
for the other 2/3. I do have the attitude.
As a Key Account Manager / Technical Sales Engineer it is imperative to be
customer focussed, to build strong relationships throughout different
departments of the customer, be this purchasing, engineering, production or
logistics, whilst networking with internal departments and never forgetting the
bottom line. I have proven these skills on a consistent basis, whilst working for
BAS Components / PSM International and will bring the same dedication and
skills to you.
Besides having good presentations skills, I am a good listener, this helps me to
fully understand the specific needs of a particular customer, which leads to a
stronger partnership. I see problems as a challenge to overcome and have had
the experience that well solved problems, lead to trust and an excellent long
term relationship.
I will always challenge myself to exceed expectations – the expectations of my
customer and my employer alike. I am willing to travel, within the UK and
International.
