The lighting could fall and break if knocked over during filming, so lighting will be placed at a safe distance from models. The background could be torn if boys jump and move during filming, so the background will be loosely laid on the floor. Wires could cause tripping, so wires will be moved out of walking and standing areas. Many items could break due to filming in the studio, so the models will be carefully instructed to gently throw or kick objects instead of hard to prevent damage. Noise from people walking by could affect the audio, so filming will occur with the door shut and at quiet times.

1. Equipment Hazard Resolution
Lighting The lights could
be knocked over
(especially when
filming the boys
advert) while I
am filming and
fall on the
models or the
floor and break.
In order to stop this
from happening I will
make sure that the
lighting is a safe
distance away from
the models so they do
not get knocked over.
Background As I’m having
the background
on the floor as
well as in the
background and
the boys are
going to be
jumping and
moving a lot the
background
could be torn.
To prevent this from
happening I will make
sure that the
background is loosely
laid on the floor so it
will not be torn.
Wires In the studio
there is a
number of wired
which could
cause people to
trip over them.
So this doesn’t happen
I will make sure that
the wires are not in the
way of where people
will be walking and
where the models will
be standing.

2. Setting Due to the fact
that I am filing
both my adverts
in the studio
there is many
things that can
be broken.
For example:
- Lights
- Camera
- Tripods
- Light Stands
In order to stop this
from happening I will
have to be extremely
careful with what I ask
the models to do, for
example I want the
boys to kick the
football in the air.
However I may have to
get them to gentle
throw it instead to
prevent things from
getting broken.
Other People While I am
filming other
people may be
walking past the
studio and
making a lot of
noise which will
then affect my
advert because I
will be able to
hear them
within it.
To prevent this from
happening I will make
sure that the studio
door is shut and film at
a quit time when
everyone is in lesson.
