Explain purpose: background experiences with Speechcraft programs; need for flexibility; need for tailoring to suit the audience; one size does not fit all. Adjustments to program.

Online Workshops would include the viewing of the learning tasks and collaborating via collaboration in forums and connecting via real time events
Advanced TMs can deliver tailored educational speeches to suit the focus of workshops
Participants have chance to practice speeches in special segment of scheduled meetings
or
Special meetings devoted to the development of new members.
Conversations – discussion forums for connecting with Speechcraft participants eg Facebook
Any Time – learning resources available for reading or viewing online eg Moodle
Real Time – practice of speeches in web conference sessions eg Google Hangouts and at special segments in regular meetings
