South Eastern Grocers entered into a partnership with City Holdings where City assumed
the day-to-day operations of the maintenance department. All personnel including
directors, managers and technicians were transitioned to City’s staff to maintain all
of South Eastern Grocers stores (BILO, Harveys & Winn Dixies)
• Manage the day to day operations of the South Eastern Grocers Maintenance
department for the Central Florida region
• Primary goals are to operate within a budget, maintain and improve stores, handle
service calls with both in-house and outside contractors

Foods. Closed 54 locations in Orlando and on the east coast and began the process of
creating Sweetbay in the southern Florida market.
