• Served as liaison for the reporting of Conflict Minerals data from suppliers and answering requests

while increasing on-time delivery performance to customers from 60% to 95%.
• Implemented a new manual scheduling system using the information from the ROI production
software system and developed reports in Excel.
• Utilizing 80/20 analysis, implemented a MIN-MAX blanket purchase order, and Vendor Managed
Inventory systems, to help alleviate part shortages and delays in manufacturing.
