An opportunity has arisen to run the prestigious Avis station based in Nice Airport.
As Operations Manager you will be overseeing customer service; fleet distribution & maintenance;
customer loyalty; quality assurance; sales and administration as well as leadership and employee
development. As this role is so varied you’ll need to show us strong skills in people management,
planning and coordinating, time and project management as well as cost controlling to be considered for
this role.
A wide ranging management role, it’s all about motivating and inspiring a team to deliver outstanding
customer service – and making the kind of impact that will drive success.

Requirements:
Experience providing high quality customer service
Fluent English and local language
Experience in Cost Control
Budget and cost responsibility
High level of organization and negotiation skills
Ability to build loyalty with both internal and external customers
Valid clean driving license
Must work flexible schedule (evenings, holidays, overnight shifts)
