past 11400 South. Advocating for the affected families and Negotiated with the Salt Lake County
Attorney for damages in excess of $344,000.00 forover 14 families on the damages doneto their
homes by the water from this canal. Worked with the Sandy City contractor on the re-bentonite
process on the surface of the canal to prevent future water leaking into their homes. Was also
instrumental in getting the Willow Creek Diversion Project moved up ten years to stop the
encroachment of the water to the canal effecting resident homes in the future.
Was invited by the Volusia County SchoolBoard, Superintendentof Schools to serve as an advisor
