Overview
The build consists of two main
buildings, factory one will be for
cutting & factory two will be for
sewing. The factories will be ultra-
modern equipped with highly advanced production facilities under
the principles of saving energy and producing no pollution. The
actual building facility is striving to achieve LEED platinum
Certification upon completion under the LEED U.S Green Building
Council for New Construction & Major Renovations.

Overview
This project was a joint venture between Quantum
Clothing & SQ-Chroma Clothing. The build is over three
floors, tow for sewing one for cutting. Quantum
Clothing brought the expertise to the project. Quantum
Clothing would finance all the equipment. SQ would
finance the build.
