Job Responsibility:
 System Integration of Process control System (PCS), ESD system & F&G System.
 Control Panel Design. Read P&ID & wiring drawings.
 Provides technical and engineering support and guidance to site teams.
 Selection, Calibration, Erection, Testing, Commissioning & Maintenance of process and non-
process instruments. (various types of transmitters, Switches, Gauges and Flow meters).
 Preparing & Executing the Schedule for testing & commissioning of Process & Non- process
Electrical & Instrument Systems.
 Carry out continuity and IR (Insulation resistance) test on over numbers of cables. Carry out
visual inspection on trenches, trays, cable fixing, tagging and arrangements. Also inspect
cable glanding and termination to ensure correctness and fitness.
 Produces budgets and plans for specific studies or modifications and manages the cost
control process.
 Represent Company during weekly meeting concerning schedule plan activity and project
plan on all tools & equipment needed for construction.
 Followed all safety practices and procedures and corrected unsafe work practices.
Project Undertaken:
 Gas Compression System (Gas Capacity 100000 SCMD) at Gujarat Alkalis & Chemicals
Ltd for their gas based turbine (2x45 MW).
 Operation & Maintenance activities.
 Commissioning of Gas Engine operated Gas Compression system (Gas Capacity
1100000 SCMD) at Viramgam Gas Terminal of Cairn India.
 Electrical & Instrumentation system designing with consultant.
 Preparation of Cable Schedule & I/O Lists.
 Commissioning and startup activities.
 Commissioning of Gas Dehydration Unit (GDU) for Gas compressor system at
Rajahmundry gas Fields of ONGC.

ONGC Gopavaram : Gas capacity 50000 SCMD
