2011-2016: Global Aftermarket Program Manager - International
Developed and led a global drilling riser inspection and repair program with global
continuity and regional considerations. This program supported customers in fifteen
countries with local program managers and teams. Led 350% increase in riser joints serviced
and revenue in 3 years.

2005-2010: Asia Aftermarket Engineering and Operations Leader - Singapore
Engineering Lead: Trained engineering team on global repair methods and procedures.
Worked closely with customers to ensure repair of equipment was conducted properly while
also having met operational needs in cost effective manner.
Operations Leader: With safety as a priority, emphasis was placed on reducing backlog and
increasing on-time delivery while maintaining low customer costs. On time delivery

Worked closely with customers to meet their operational needs in repairing equipment.
Trained local engineering group in methods of equipment repair and procedures.

Led engineering team to support customers with repair methods of deepwater drilling
equipment. Led engineering output of 300+ designs per year. Main leader in developing
procedures and training a one hundred person repair facility to become ISO 9001 certified.
