Summary of Areas of Focus
While Regional Technical Manager, provided technical assistance to film laboratory customers with pro-
jects that included monitoring quality levels, film process design, chemical solution mixing and distribu-
tion, steady state system improvement and handling of hazardous materials. Early in career was Techni-
cal Services Supervisor of both the quality assurance and equipment maintenance staffs in Kodak’s film
processing laboratory.
As a Quality Manager, I am a coach and facilitator. I believe the key to successful quality improvement is
to establish meaningful metrics and engage all employees in implementing them. This involves recog-

Customer Relationship Management:
• Negotiated annual agreements with key Kodak customers in the Eastern US.
• Administered monthly process survey program to 40 laboratories in the Region.

• Along with two other District Sales Managers, utilized Avenue/Saratoga Customer Relationship
Management (CRM) Software to design and implement a version for the sales team in the Region.
Sales:

Management:
• Supervised Kodak’s US Northeast Sales team consisting of 6 professional sales representatives and

Quality Assurance:
• Planned and implemented AI Technology’s quality management system.
• Coordinated the successful re-certification of AI Technology’s manufacturing operations in ISO
9001:2008.
• Part of team that developed the Kodak Imagecare program for film processing laboratories (an ISO
9000 type quality improvement program).
• Coordinated and lead assessment teams that audited laboratories in the Americas Region who had
applied for certification in the Imagecare Program.

• Developed the GSA listing of Motion Picture Products.
• Lead conversion from environmentally unfriendly chemical kits for B&W process.
• Worked with Kodak Supply Chain to insure Chemical Kits were readily available to US customers
when manufacturing was moved to Europe.
• Annually worked with Product Managers to streamline product portfolios without jeopardizing
sales to critical customers.
• Directed non-conforming product to customers with special requirements saving Kodak the cost of
discarding.
• Protected $10M in sales by converting specialized customers to alternative film products.
