I have supported Oracle Business Intelligence(OBI) Application as well as OBI Enterprise
Edition as an Oracle technical support engineer in Singapore. Technically, OBI
Application architecture is based on Oracle Fusion Middleware (Weblogic), ETL Tool
(ODI/Informatica), and DataWarehouse(Oralce DB, MS SQL,DB2, Exalogic) which has
been populated from the other Oracle Applications, eBusiness Suite, PeopleSoft, Siebel
CRM, JDE, and SAP.
The main object of the technical support & consultant is a customer’s Oracle Product
successful implementations (Installation, Upgrade, Configuration, Customization,
Performance, etc). Therefore, I have to clarify customer’s requirements/issues/questions
clearly via a call/web conference with customers, and then I used to communicate any
product defects with Oracle Developer team for the patch/fix/workaround/etc.

The cTradeworld.com project is an Internet-Based portal site which provide KTNET
customers with one-stop services for e-Trade Business process(eTrade, eLogistics, and
eCustoms) as well as eMarketPlaces, cTradeBank, and Webmail. Most of all, this project
converts VAN-EDI environment to Internet-EDI environment and implement Single-Sign-
On system for one-stop portal site. In this project, I had coordinated and managed the
technical issues and support for users’ requirements, outsourced developers’ needs, and
3rd party technical support. The project was successfully completed with all project
members’ endeavor and contribution.
.System/Network/Database/Web/eMail Administrator role in KTNET(1992 – 1999)
I had experience on administration on Unix system, Network(Modem, X.25, TCP/IP),
Database(Oracle, Sybase, MySQL), and Internet services(DNS, Web, Email, Ftp, etc). I
had supported internal users and customers on technical issues for 7 years. I had
responsibilities and commitments for system management and technical support because
