Murdermystery trailer, a serial killer is murdering

this detective to find. It’supto the detective to
solve the puzzleto stopthe murders.
Why have youdecided to makeit? I havedecided tomake this because I specialise in
film, and I want tomake a trailer along with some
advertisingproductsbecause it will give me more
experience and I want it to be as creative as
possible.
What aboutyourproject makesit importantto
you?
I’vealways wanted to makea proper film of sorts
andbecause of last year I was very limited towhat
I could dobut with this I have muchmore
freedom and I lovemurder mysteriesand puzzles
so I’mreally lookingforward tomakingit.

My biggest influence for my trailer is the Saw
movies, I find themvery intense to watch andit
makesthe viewer ask themselves what would
they do and that’swhatI want my audience to
ask. Another influence is Sherlock, especially the
series and how it showshim solvingthe murders i
want to dosomethingsimilar to that.
What effect do youwant to haveon your
audience when they see yourproject?
I want themto be put onedge by it, as well as
intrigued andI want them towant to knowwhere
the film will go because the trailer is supposedto
draw people in and makethem want to watch the
actual film that’swhat I want to do to the
audience.
Describe the tone/mood/styleofyourproject
[which productiontechniques/characteristicsare
youemploying?]
I want the tone of the film tobe very dark and
philosophical. The mood I wantto be quite dark as
well and quite misty I want togive it a noir style
detective look.
Why have youdecided to makeyour project in
this style?
I havechosen to doit in thisstyle because I want
to convey to the audience the dark mystery and
forebodingof the trailer and how the whole style
andmoodis perceived will send a clear message
