Five impressive things about your city: Students think about their city/town and
choose the five most impressive things to share with other peers.

Materials needed: None
Time: 15 mins
Procedure:
1. Briefly ask students whether they love their city/town or not with the reasons.
2. Elicit the ideas and interact with the class orally.
3. Now ask students to work individually to think again about their city/town and note
down the 5 most impressive things which they love it.
4. Go round the class to provide help, especially to weaker students.
5. After 5 minutes, ask them to form groups of 4 and start sharing their opinions.
6. When they have finished, ask the class whether they and their friends share the
same thoughts or not.
7. Also ask them which thing was mentioned by most of the members from their
groups.
