 Successfully managed the transition of ~300 Branches/units spread over 7 regions in 2015-16.
Buoyed by success of these branches bank has decided to convert all its Metro & urban Branches to
“Utkarsh” Model. During the Current FY ~500 branches spread in 20 regions will be brought within
the ambit of Utkarsh Model.
 Monitoring closely performance of ~300 branches/units in key areas of Business Growth, improved
TAT, Customer service, Adherence to Norms, etc.
 Acknowledged for implementing computerization of Branch Operations starting from scratch to a
position of 35 computerised branches in the zone during the period 1988-1994.
 Played a vital role as Branch Head in augmenting the profitability, productivity and business as
Branch Head for various branches.
 Developed Software for Consolidation of Annual returns received from branches and Software for
Reconciliation of Inter Branch Accounting entries.
