I wish to apply to your in-house PR & communications manager position at
Media Recruitment. I am currently a second year student at City of
Westminster College in London, studying Creative Media Production and I am
predicted to graduate with the grade triple Distinction. I enclose my CV for
your information.
I’m keen on gaining some practical experience in a professional media
environment before I commence my studies at the University of York in
October. The nature of my Extended Diploma has prepared me for this
position as it involves a great deal of organization, initiative, self-motivation
and a wide range of skills that are transferable to the industry, such as using
many popular social media sites and attracting a loyal fan base. I have over
100,000 followers on my social media and have worked with well-known
companies like Sky, Netflix and the advertising team for the Pretty Little Liars.
This has enabled me to know how to work with big companies and entertain
my followers with good content. I learn very quickly and have a keen eye for
detail. I can work under pressure as I completed a Subsidiary Diploma
alongside A-Levels. I have the enthusiasm and determination to ensure that I
make a success of this job role.
As a passionate student with an interest in what Media Recruitment achieves,
in addition to an ability to learn new things and progress in this industry, I
