JOB PROCEEDINGS/REQUIREMENTS: Upon acceptance of employment, you are expected to
provide the following documents to the Human Resources Department for further proceedings

START UP DATE OF EMPLOYMENT: Commencement date is 2……..
WORKING SCHEDULE: Working Days Mondays through Fridays, Rest-Day off Saturday to
Sunday. Working Hours time: 9.00am to 6.00pm break period between 12.00noon to 3.00pm.
(Over time wherever applicable and will be paid separately at the end of each month)
The 80% of the first 3 (three) month’s salary will be paid to you after arriving before your
assume duty.
If you are agreeable with the terms, please complete the acceptance letter and sign the
Attached Agreement and return to the Human Resources Department Manager within a period
of 2 working days.
